then buat cardio 6x sminggu,up to an hour every session...max 1.5hr & jage diet... ambik less unhealthy fat, less carb. cardio & diet ni paling penting...sebab kalau buat crunches 1000 kali tiap tiap hari, kalau tak burn calories dengan buat cardio & jage pemakanan,jage fat intake... tak berbaloi. last but not least, kene discipline :bgrin: |

kalau ko push up..tangan buka and kaki tutup..try that..setakat nie aku buat mcm tue lah..lemak tadak.. |

kalau nak badan cantik kenela sacrifice tul tak tapi buat permulaan ni buat slow slow la..jgn buat drastically. nanti sminggu buat lepas tu sbulan stop. buat slow slow dulu
nasi sebenarnye takleh makan ... sebab kandungan gule manyak ohhh..kalau 2kali sehari tu kire banyak sangat tu.. kalau nak makan nasik gak..makan brown rice leh tak? tu pun sehari skali n sikit aje.. kalau boleh jgnla makan tiap tiap ari kalau nak turun cepat. n kalau nak turun lagi cepat, jgn makan nasi langsung :no: :bgrin:
tapi kalau u tak tahan..memang kene makan nasi putih jugak..ambik sikit je la. 1 atau setengah cawan.... selain ikan/ayam...pinggan tu lebihkan sayur.2 per 4 tu letak sayur, lagi suku nasik, lagi suku ikan/ayam..daging tak digalakkan k... sebab banyak kandungan lemak. kalau boleh nasi putih ni tak digalakkan la...sebab nasi putih ni kandungan calorie tinggi..lepas tu nanti cepat lapar
kalau susah sgt.. u dah biase makan nasi 2x sehari kan? mule mule reducekan ke 1x..pastu bile body u dah boleh adjust,kurangkan lagi. kalau nak makan nasik makan mase lunch..jgn tuk dinner. pastu tryla berjinak jinak dengan brown rice or roti wholemeal, buat sandwich..letak sayur banyak banyak, letak chicken breast etc.. sedap & tak menggemukkan |
