Aku dari size pinggang 37 dalam masa 3 bulna boleh pakai size 32.
Sit up memang kena selalu buat minimum 3 set (10 reps)
Amalkan Green Tea kosong 3x sehari

aku baca dlm internet, the best workout sebenarnya adalah push up (istilah biasa, pumping). so skang aku amalkan 50 pushup + 25 squat + 25 sit up  setiap pagi dan petang.

cukuplah utk bagi body rasa fit dan general strength.

yg penting jaga makan n rajin bersenam kan... hatu awal tahun dulu pinggang 42.. skang alhamdulillah dah 32.. takda amik apa2 ubat pon cuma displinkan diri jaga makan n amalkan senaman selalu... skang dah start untuk firmkan body lak... byk kulit yg hodoh nihhh

one thing for sure, kena buat sit up or whtever exercise tuk stimulate otot dkat bahagian perut tu, then buat kardio. so during cardio, calori yg akan dibakar cpt dkt bahagian yg dah stimulate td. cntoh pinggang ke. so dia akan attack dkt situ. basically la. huhu. tu yg aku cuba buat skg. aku dr 80 kg skg tinggal 60 kg. tapi still ada buncit lg. exercise ni yg trainer aku cadangkan.

weh korang.. caner nk dapat dapatkan flat abs... especially.. lower abs.. mmg susah nk bentuk.. any  ...

    sit up hanya bahagian upper abs je paling menjadi...try lying leg raising dan hanging leg raising. Yang ini kalau ko amalkan siap bley ada adonis belt lagih.

bagi aku, kalau ada lemaks2 kat tang perut tu, especially lower abs dgn love handle.. the first thing to do is to cut ur sugar intake... try la 2 minggu, pastu tambah buat cardio.. cara ni, baru la lemak2 tu pecah.. kalau korang exercise giler2, tapi gula tetap amik pun x guna jugak...

payah benar part perut nie nk dpt shape yg kita nak..aku dari dulu lagi exercise x dpt2 pasal x konsisten..tapi bahagian lain selain perot naik ok jek cantik..xtaw nk buat camne lagikk..huhu
