since you didn't mention what kind of OS you're using, i assume both of you are on Windows XP. the easiest way to solve this issue is to create an identical user on both computers, same login id and password (you can create your account on your adik's computer or your adik's account on your computer). then, give both of them local admin privilege. after that, you should be able to access each other computer.  if you use IE, on address bar, you can type "\\computername\c$" ( with no quotations) to have full access to second computer C drive (change to D if you want access to D drive and so on - if you have multiple partitions).

ni depends. kalau computer tu part of a domain, you kena remove all default users yang currently ada access kat folder tu. then, just assign local users or certain domain users access to that folder. biasanya, domain user yang ada full access tak perlu guna password nak masuk folder tu. tapi, kalau computer tu not part of a domain, memang kena provide password everytime, unless dia save password tu the first time dia login. kalau you tak nak tie to a server that provides login access, then remove all domain users, just leave/create local users ajer. make sure you change local users authentication to classic from guest because default for wxp is access via guest login.
