cara-cara membeli tanah kebun getah

Saya ingin membeli tanah kebun getah. Tetapi tanah ini tidak mempunyai geran.
Harap sesiapa yang pakar dpat membantu ttg prosidur yang harus saya lakukan..

kalo xde geran mmg x buleh beli unless tanah kurnia.. misti carik tuan dia dan cek geran tanah tu nama sapa.. cuma buleh deal ngan org tu saja.. kalo dia dah mati, tanah tu kena dibahagikan dulu pastu baru buleh deal ngan penama(2) yg baru
sbb kita pakai Torrens Law yg cakap hakmilik atas geran adelah muktamad

u dah cek kat land opis ke seri, yg tanah tu xde grant?...abes saper owner tanah tu?...govt?...tanah rizab?....org asli/pribumi?...

actually tanah ni mmg belum bergeran lagi...kena bayar apa benda entah baru dapat geran..kiranya ni tanah datuk nenek yang usahakan..tanam pokok sumer...then lama2 jadi hak milik..gitula citer si pemilik..tanah ni 10 ekar sumernya...

so katakanla seri pergi land opis, so apa perkara yang harus dibuat?? then katala seri dah bayar sumer apa dokumen yang seri patut terima..

bukan apa takut tertipu mcm yang berlaku kat kg baru tu...dulu kan ada dlm paper...ingat tak??

so pada sesapa yang pernah beli tanah mcm ni share la pengalaman..

owh, maknenyer u x cek kat land opis lagi la nie...tp maen denga ckp owner jer...i pon leh ckp tanah u nk beli tu tanah i...tp same xde grant la seri, sbb tu tanah nenek moyang i dulu2 nyer...so, u beli ngan i je laaa...buleh?...:nerd:

sbb denga ckp org ngaku landowner la ramai yg kene tipu...g land opis, tanye abes2 psl tanah tuh...nape xde grant, betul ke X ialah owner tanah tu, camne nk transfer tanah xde grant, nk kene baya ape2 fee/charge/tax etc...
