How much you know about Rae Won?

Rae Won's striving yet frustrating early school days' life, touching~ ---
As we all know, Rae Won's hometown is near the seaside --- KangNam, Gangwon-do (east coast of Korea).

Rae Won left home by himself very early when hes about 13 or 14 years old, staying at a relative's home in Seoul, studying in a school which provided basketball training program ... cuz he wanna realize his CHILDHOOD DREAM of becoming a GOOD BASKETBALL PLAYER!!

In a detailed article, what Rae Won described his struggles & frustrations during this period is darn moving!! ::___::
He said... not to mention the big hardships of being alone in Seoul without his parents' care & the timeless training,
he was severely bullied verbally & physically by the seniors in school. ><
He said he didnt even wanna recall again as he'd cried numerous times in his room :::___:::

Whats more HEART-BREAKING is that -----
about a year later, he hurt his ankle tendon to the extent that he'd to give up the basketball drill !!!
so...his dream to be a basketball player CAME TO PIECES!!! >< ::__:::

BUT then, he'd no time to recover from the shattered dream frustrations since he'd to study so very hard to make up for the time he'd concentrated on training only.
Fortunately, he struggled through those days, & simultaneuosly he began his showbiz career at the age of 15/16. ^o^
Though it went pretty well, Rae Won said...in order to study for the entrance exam to college, he'd spent the whole month not taking any acting assignments but just studying hard!!

HORRAY!!! he succeeded!!!
He got into JoongAng University studying his fave major -- Drama & Acting ^O^~~

Kim Rae Won in the new movie "Sunflower" plays a character 'Tae Sik' who has been imprisoned for 10 years.
This was his first in 5 years to have the crew-cut hairdo.

He said that the crew-cut hair-do was super convenient ... no need to take care of it even after getting up from bed... definitely suits lazy people ~ it may become popular.
The movie has currently filmed 80% of it ... scheduled to be open at year-end.

bel pun suka kesemua drama dia tapi plg berkesan dan rasa lain daripada yg lain adalah drama dia Say That You Love Me...lakonan dia dlm ni betul2 berkesan sampai lepas abis shooting drama ni dia sendiri pernah ckp yg dia agak terkejut gak tgk perubahan dia dlm citer ni....
