Aku pun suka gak kat lagu2x Whitney nih...setakat nih takdak sapa leh bawak lagu setanding @ > hebat dr dia...
mmg ramai leh bawak lagu dia tapi tak FEEEEELLLLLLLLLL la......

Whitney, however, did not appear at the Grammy Awards at the end of February. She told Entertainment Tonight that she was unhappy with the fact that the soundtrack to The Preacher's Wife was not nominated in the gospel category (she was nominated in R&B categories). She told ET: "Basically, it was my gospel album and it was excluded from the gospel category altogether... I'm sick of work being done and people not recognizing it."

Setuju sangat. Selalunya kalau org lain yg nyanyi lagu Whitney mmg tak rasa feel dia. Macam kosong jerr.
But many of her ballads (especially the '80s ones) sound the same...lacks creativity.

Dunno about the rest but SWV is still around. They split up and got back together again... I read somewhere that 1 of them had a kid recently. |

My guess is Bobby Brown's influence. Aku ingat a long time ago, Madonna & Whitney had this 'media argument'. This was before they were both married. Whitney was saying that Madonna was a bad influence because of her ehem.. 'style'. Then a few years later after she married Mr Brown she was found with drugs.  |

You know what, one thing that really shocked me about Madonna is that w/pun dia SELALU kena kutuk kononnya bagi pengaruh tak elok pada orang ramai (especially masa early '90s dulu), she's probably the only big celebrity I know that's been around for 22 years and has never had a horrible public breakdown or drug addiction or arrest or something.
No one can deny the beauty of Whitney抯 voice, which I DO ADORE but hey, drugs?! She has been a master at destroying her career and not caring about her fans or even herself. While Whitney is her own victim, Madonna has been strong enough to jump cliffs and always go ahead. 
I'm f u c k i n g proud to be a loyal Madonna fan. |
