Iols baru ada kesedaran nak pakai sunscreen and baru semalam beli satu. Sebelum ni memang tak pakai apa2 kecuali cleanser dan night cream. |

Waalaikumussalam.. sunscreen pakai jenama banana boat.. night cream sekarang pakai avon. Alhamdulillah serasi dengan skin. Dulu pakai krim timbang kilo.. but now dah insoff..hehehe

Umur berapa? I dulu umur 30-an baru gigih nak tepek sunscreen... padahal umur 20-an tu i dah start keje site kat kilang.. panas ceng ceng orang ganu kata...
Ni i share my sunscreen i pakai skang.. semua spf50
From left...
1. Body sunscreen beli kat watson.. i pakai kat tangan dan arm...
2. Physical sunscreen (mineral).. sesuai utk sensitive skin.. ada peptides, ceramides... bagus sgt
3. Chemical sunscreen.. ada hyaluronic acid.. i letak ni dlm travel pouch sbb size lebih compact... tp i rasa pasni i nak switch ke yg jenis ni sbb dia cover blue ray protection (phone, laptop) |

Ni i nak hapdet my current skincare brand... mix list ingredient nya sama.. tp brand bertukar sbb i cari yang lebih elok dan murah..
Almaklumlah plan nak retire awal, jadi takmo lah ada sebarang high maintenance items...

Yang ni plak set malam.. set ni I letak kat master bedroom sebelah katil... senang i nak tenyeh terus tidooooo or sambil tido je... kan senang...
Set Malam
1. Mizon Essence - toner
2. Azelaic acid - mild exfoliant
3. Niacinamide (brand lain, siang brand lain tp sama je)
4. Retinol serum
5. Moisturizer Cerave
Kalo chuolz perasan dulu i pakai AHA/BHA as exfoliant now i dah tukar fully ke azelaic acid yg lebih mild and lebih byk benefit.. |

Sis i skang suka betol dengan this EO malaysian brand..
Ya Allah sedap sgt2 bau dia.. and sesuai jugak utk perubatan...
Row bawah tu... i beli borong 5 botol total RM170...
1. Aura Syifa Bidara (yg ni i buat mandian utk rawatan.. 7 titis + setengah baldi air + air doa segelas)..
2. Aura 7 bunga.... i buat titik dekat sofa ruang tamu + bilik home office + bilik tidor..
3. Aura Bidara Raudhah... utk tujuan perubatan jugak, i ingat nak buat wangian rumah... alternate dgn 7bunga tu
4. Aura 7 gaharu - subhanallah terpaling wangiiiiii... i mmg sanggup je titik kat nadi tangan... pastu pakai perfume lain kat dada/baju...
5. Aura 7 kasturi... pun wangi yakmatttttt bau pun sangat tenang nyaman sangat wangiiii.. i buat perfume i juga or titik kat sekitar dlm rumah.. wangi sampai esok lusa... tahan sgt |

I ada juga diffuse essential oil utk medication purposes... samada diffuse or campur xtra light olive oil and isi dlm botol roll on.. biasa i buat beberapa jenis mix
1. 4 thieves blend - utk viral fever.. tersangat mujarab, iols sapu kat betis, tapak kaki, dada, belakang.. budak2 demam pun temperature cepat turun balik... mix of olive oil (carrier oil), lemon, clove, cinnamon, rosemary & eucalyptus oil...
2. Breathing improve - diffuse mixture EO eucalyptus, frankincense, myrrh, geranium, lavender
3. Fresh breath roll on young living.. my HOLY GRAIL... yang ni mmg terpaksa lah beli brand YNL sbb too many mixtures oil jadi mahal renyah plak kalo nak buat sendiri... mmg my rescue remedy utk covid, influenza, sinus & segala berkaitan hidung dan pernafasan
4. Mood lifting & good aura... i mix sendiri olice oil (carrier oil) isi dalam roll on - frankincense, myrrh, blue tancy, sweet orange, lavender, ylang-ylang (kenanga), chamomile, cedarwood (8 oils)
All single essential oils nj i beli brand Nowfoods (iHerbs) dan IL PURO (malaysia)
Selain dari 4 mixture ni.. i pakai yang EO malaysian brand aura2 mcm dalam gambar above tu.. yang EO malaysian ni tak sesuai diffuse sbb i notice mcm keruh sikit warna air diffuser i so takut rosak.. i menten je laa titik2 kat sofa and cadar katil utk malaysia EO aura2 tu |

Oh ok nnt i usha kt shopee.. yes il puro tu i dah start hooked on the scents terjebak beli masa dia promo christmas kat bv.. sedap bau tp nak maintain beli utk 2 bijik umah (sendiri & umah parents) memang ke laut janji2 ku nak berjimat tahun recession ini  |
