[Tempatan] Airasia Customer Service sucks; e gift voucher punya system cam haram menipu org

Aku nak tanya korg, apa pendapat korang dengan customer service Airasia? Aku disappointed gile wei. Ni kronologi kes aku.

1) Awal tahun hari tu aku ada dpt hadiah egift voucher.
2) Aku validate mengikut instruction dan cadang nak guna amount tu sebelum tarikh luput. Lps validate diorg akan emel nombor voucher beserta tarikh expired.
3) Tapi sejak 10 bulan yg lepas, cubaan aku utk key in code bangang tu..tp everytime aku click submit..xde satu sen pun duit tambang tu kena deduct. So diorg expect aku bayar booking tu full.
4) acap kali jadi aku x fikir nak komplen sgt sbb diorg dah x ada servis call centre. Beberapa kali sblm ni aku proceed booking tanpa guna voucher tu.
5) aku ada komplen kat live chat. Tp servis tu teruk. Bayangkan kau tgh explain masalah kau kt admin..tiba2 line error. Bila refresh..kau kena tunggu admin layan berpuluh org lps tu  ... bila aku tunggu berejam2 nak get through the line..alih2 moderator bangang ni suruh aku explain balik semula kes aku. Lps tu offline balik..aku pun kenalah tunggu berpuluh call lain in waitinf list.. camtu lah kejadiannya berulang2 cam org gile.  
6) live chat moderator bg suggestion suruh tukar browser la..clear cookies la..semua aku dh buat. Aku siap suruh dia check kot2 code yg aku submit tu dh x leh pakai..tp admin ckp xde masalah..code aku masih blum redeem.
7) aku submit report...dah dekat seminggu xde sebarang call back atau follow up kes yg aku submit.
8) buntu camne nk konplen..aku cuba gi kaunter airasia terus..di Kl sentral. Malangnya customer service sana bolayan je kes e gift voucher..siap ckp tak tahu apa2. Lps tu suruh aku gi airport terus kalau nk redeem. Bodoh x?
9) aku nk komplen psl aku rasa customer service airasia sucks.. takde channel yg betul2 utk org yg ada small error issue nk buat aduan. Semua kena lalu live chat bongok tu..
10) sampai skrg aku xleh nk redeem voucher aku. Nak tnya kat sapa aku pun xtau. Diorg buat x layan je.

Mayb u bernasib malang sampai berbulan2 n bermacam2 steps, i wouldnt accept if kl sentral kaunter pun bolayan, i biasa guna twt je

Type complain panjang2 pastu tag AA dgn bos diorang, confirm dapat jawapan. Zaman viral skrg ni,dah viral baru ada action.

Hantar je repot Kat tribunal tuntutan pengguna atau Kementerian yg jaga harga telur ayam.

Wak Kasi dah lama Tak pakai AirAsia. Tpi point 5, kalu Tak silap dulu live chat dia Pon Ada time limit 5 minit ke apa Kan?

I kalau nak contact Airasia ni apa-apa I tweet je. Memang lambat sikit diorang reply (tapi takdelah lebih sehari) tapi memang amat membantu.

Setakat ni dah beberapa kali flight I  rescheduled then I nak change date/time, tak payah login web pun diorang settle-kan senang je just bagi date & time.

Pernah dapat voucher cam ni beberapa tahun dulu.  Betul tu kalau gi KL Sentral mereka tak boleh bantu pun sebab mereka tu pun agen.  Sebab ni voucher jadi kena deal direct dengan AA sales people terus.  So akhirnya pilih gi KLIA2 je terus semua settle on the spot.

heh aku pun penah, nk tukar tarikh booking. tukar thru website
nasib baik sblm sempat bayar tu, schedule aku balik ke asal so tak jadik la nk tukar tarikh
tp masalahnye takde butang cancel so stuck kt made payment jelah
tp ok je bile check in
tup tup lepas tu airasia call aku
terkejut gak hakak
customer service tu just nk tny confirm ke tukar tarikh booking
pdhal sis dah selamat dah pun check in hahaha
