Admin Executive Responsibilities
- To handle all administrative duties including general office administration functions such as answering phone calls, writing emails and letters, and to assist visitors.
- Perform general secretarial tasks such as scheduling appointments, travelling arrangements, meetings, and to prepare detailed minutes.
- To liaise and follow up with salesmen as well as clients regarding their procedures and needs to enhance a healthy office operation.
- Monitor and ensure a proper and up-to-date filing system to maintain the flow of company’s operation.
- Participate and assist in activities organized by the company.
- To liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests, queries, and ad hoc tasks from superior.
Requirements - Candidatemust possess at least a Diploma in related field.
- Proficiencyin computer skills especially MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Excellenttime management skills, a good team player, able to work under minimumsupervision and the ability to prioritize work.
- 5 workingdays a week. Able to work on shift and public holiday.
- Must be able to communicate inEnglish and Chinese.
- Salary RM 2800 – 3500.
