Silap teknik tu, tabur bontot ayam dalam periuk nasi, tutup, on periuk. Kejap lagi segala lemak tu akan mencair memenuhi lantai dalam periuk tu. Baki tak cair sebijik sebijik ambil keluarkan.

Tapi sebenarnya, untuk nasi kuning homemade makan sendiri, tabur serbuk kunyit + sedikit garam +beberapa titis minyak + air rendaman lembutka n balik ayam sebagai air tanak nasi, tu pun boleh jadi dah cukup sedap dah nasi tu.

X pernah pun letak bontot ayam kalo msk nasi ayam ni

Selalu tumis guna halia + bwg putih yg ditumbuk jer + kiub ayam + air rebusan ayam jee

mmg sedap lain mcm kalau guna lemak2 ayam ni...

sebelum tumis bahan2 utk masak nasi tu, korang goreng dulu lelemak ayam smpai keluar minyak lemak tu pastu amik lemak2 y xcair tu keluar, then baru tumis bawang etc..memang sedapppp

Hahaha. Weyh lawak. Bergentel2 ye. Xpernah lagi masak guna lemak ayam. Tp orang memang cakap sedap la klu guna lemak ayam ni.
