Petua Agar Kerang Mudah Dikopek

Anda merupakan penggemar kerang rebus? Cicah dengan kicap cili atau sos memang terangkat.


Tapi nak mengopeknya kadang kala boleh menyebabkan jari berasa sakit, silap-silap boleh luka.


Sebenarnya ada petua dan juga teknik bagi mendapatkan kerang yang mudah dikopek. Ikuti tips mudah di bawah:




1. Jerang air hingga mendidih terlebih dahulu.


2. Sebelum masukkan kerang, campurkan sedikit minyak masak lebih kurang satu sudu makan.


3. Jangan rebus terlalu lama. Jika kulit kerang sudah terbuka sedikit, boleh tutup api ya. - CARI Infonet
