Cara Senang Masak Gulai Tempoyak Ikan Patin

Gulai Tempoyak Ikan Patin

Bahan :1. Kunyit hidup (1 inci) / serbuk kunyit (sesudu teh)
2. Tempoyak (5 sudu penuh - semakin banyak semakin pekat)
3. Cili padi (7 biji ke atas - pedas sedap weh)
4. Daun kesum (segenggam)
5. Seekor ikan patin (1kg ke atas - puas hati)
6. Garam (cubit cubit sampai sedap)

Cara-cara
1. Blend kan cili padi, tempoyak, kunyit dan garam(sikit). Blend guna air tau.
2. Ikan cuci bersih. Perap dengan asam limau sekejap (kalau taknak hanyir). Bilas sebelum masuk dalam periuk.
3. Masukkan bahan blend + ikan dalam periuk. On api. Biarkan sampai ikan masak. Kalau rasa kurang kuah, tambah air dan garam.
4. Nampak ikan dah masak (warna ikan tak merah, nampak isi kan warna putih dan masak). Letak daun kesum, tutup api, tutup periuk.
5. Siap.
