hmm..after readin' what have u guys posted, all i can say is it's not only about the transfer fee, it is also about his salary. Tevez wants to earn the same as Rooney or 120,000 pounds per week, up from 75,000 per week & a 5-year contract, after which he will retire and go back to Argentina.
But actually the biggest problem comes from his owners, 4 companies have a share in Tevez and the main man is Kia Joorabchian, :@:@ who owns one of the company, MSI that also owns the brazilian club Corinthians that just won the league championship. What they own is the economic rights of Tevez. Which means a cut off not only his salary but also from his extras as image & marketing rights, sponsorships, promotions, etc, as long as he plays & they get 100% of the Transfer and Registration Fees. So, it is all about the big $$$. It is actually a kind of slave contract. However, whether Tevez plays at club or none at all, they still guarantee his salary during his playing days. One of the 4 company owns 1/2 of Mascherano' Economic Rights.
They seems to have already talked to other clubs and gotten good feedbacks. Else they would be more receptive to United's counter offer.Even Tevez asked for a reduction of the transfer fee to 25 Millions,but they are seemingly unreceptive. But, salary-wise, I think they consider going down to 100.000 pounds per week. Don't know if the term is still 5 years or less, now. As you see, it is not only about the 32 Million transfer fee. The 2 million is the registration rights they paid West Ham to get it, and they want United to reimburse that fee. It is also about the salary. It seems strange that Tevez would come out with such accusations now, since the season is not over yet and United are at a critical juncture.
Accusing United of not good faith in negotiations & accusing Fergie of not using him as he should..He seems purposely looking for trouble and for an exit solution which most likely has been arranged from the start. It does not look as Tevez's doing, it seems more like his handlers arranging all that. If Tevez purposely did that, then, he is hypocritical. Because they seem to have already arranged for a non-united solution and now wanting to blame United and Fergie for Tevez's leaving.
Tevez now seems to have put his own situation in an irrevocable conclusion. He seems to be purposely trying to burn his bridges by his action, simply because as I said, the season is not over yet and both United and Fergie insisted that the Tevez situation will be cleared after the season ends. So why is he pushing now??? There is hidden agenda here...meaning , United and Fergie are not really to blame, they have their own schedule and have promised, but pushy Tevez is trying to bring the whole thing to a boil now. I might lost my respect for Tevez if he keep on moaning about how un-happy he is for not playin' in united team regularly..but i already lost my respect to his group of parasites that 'owns' him. They seem to be more for the money than United, if you ask me.

MADRID 12 Mei - Cristiano Ronaldo dan Manchester United dilaporkan sudah mencapai kata sepakat untuk menjual pemain dari Portugal itu kepada Real Madrid selepas bulan Julai ini.
Di bawah perjanjian yang sudah ditandatangani itu, United bersetuju melepaskan Ronaldo membabitkan bayaran perpindahan minimum RM383 juta (AS$109 juta).
