Afternoon tea. Cheese spring rolls n tak ingat nama wraps ni. Selalu buat.

cheese spring rolls

philladephia cream cheese crumbled
1 bawang besar chopped
green chillies chopped
chopped fresh coriander leavers (daun ketumbar)
salt secukup rasa

combine above pastu jadikan inti untuk spring rolls. Dah siap deep fried n served. Walla


tak ingat nama wraps

Daun kucai 2-3 ikat potong kira2 1 inci panjang
cuci n tos kering2
2 eggs lightly beaten
juice of 1 lemon or more (suka masam lebihkan)
salt n pepper

campurkan sumer bahan2 pastu masukkan dlm spring roll wrap n jadikan square.  Panaskan kuali leper n letak cket minyak. Api jgn besar. Then fry wraps batch by batch.  Served! Sedap oi! Last edited by minahsaudi on 12-10-2013 03:47 PM

Sini pun angin ribut n ujan lebat. I have some peoples fixing my roof, few mths ago angin kencang ada 2-3 roof tiles terbukak.  Lama dah soh depa fixed baru semalam datang.

monsoon dah start ni mcm mana nak fixed?  Seb bek tak bocor lagi

Ni favourite masa ramadan lah. Masa kat riyadh dulu akak selalu pakai kulit yg buat samosa tu utk chives wraps ni but susah nak cari kat brunei. So pakai spring rolls wraps lah cuma modify here n there.

my daughter's friends kalo dtg sure request buat ni  Suka betul dia org

tu la, monsun dah sampai,big way, salu kalo start monsun pun xde la mendung sgt camni, cam nak ribut

cam akan berlaku banjir besar je taun ni, kita takut ler kak min, blkg umah ni sungai, tetiap tahun air dia tinggi sgt, ngam2 sikit lg nak melimpah, taun ni hrp2 xde apa2 la

dah ler org ckp tapak umah ni jaman dedulu rajin banjir, iols x tau, dah beli baru tau

Yes betul tu laut pun bergelora. Umah akak pun tak jauh dari pantai n bila hujan lebat n air pasang memang air naik. Kadang2 memang banjir.

why dont u buy sand bags n buat a little bit of retaining wall kat kawasan umah tu sebagai langkah pencegahan?

Apa2 pun kita banyak2 lah berdoa semoga dilindungi Allah. Amin

For the square wraps tu akak pakai skin for making samosa dear. Filo pastry not suitable. Pakai spring rolls skin jer lah.

yes buat baklava baru pakai filo pastry n butter, honey, nuts, butter, honey nuts! Akak takleh makan bakhlava ni. Too sweet for my likings sama mcm indian sweets gak.

Memang simple n sedap. But ni tak bleh letak dlm freezee cos campur telor tu.  Bila buat terus goreng n ngap

oo samosa pakai wraps lain, igt pakai filo pastry tu

iols popia wraps ni suka wat inti otak2 ke, inti karipap tu ke, inti apple pie ke, atau kekdg just pisang n chop chips, mmg versatile sgt

It is always good to share infos yg mungkin berguna pada org lain drpd lokek ilmu. Kadang2 benda2 mcm ni kita tak teringat pun n bila kita bercerita, we tak tau maybe org lain ada idea utk membantu n share pengalaman.

Filo pastry tak sesuai digoreng dear, kalo baked tu ok lah.  Yes kat middle east n gulf states kulit samosa is slightly thicker than popia skin.  Kat brunei ni kadang2 ada jual.

kulit popia memang versatile, kalo gunting2 n spray wiz melted butter pastu baked kat oven agaknya boleh crispy tak? Pastu sprinkle with castor sugar.

rasa mcm nak try ler pulak, asyik shallow n deep fried jer, kali ni baked lah. Akak sama lah mcm teck, kulit pipia mcm2 gaya dibuat.

oo filo x sesuai digoreng yer, baru iols tau

iols rasa popia skin tu kalo nak bake pun kena spray oil/butter byk2 kot, kalo x, x crispy rasanya, kak min try ler kot2 boleh kan, tapi dia rasanya kalo baked pun kena brush dgn oil, cam wat baklava tu , evenly brushed supaya sume kena oil, then baru crispy rasanya


nak bake buh inti pe kak min
