Man City 3-0 Arsenal reserves - Ratings
Arsenal
Fabianski 6 Dealt with crosses well but had no chance with all three goals.
Eboue 6 Did well going forward at times but defensively wasnt great.
Song 5 Played at centre back due to Senderos' injury but looked out of position. Woeful defending for Tevez' strike as he went to ground far too early. Woeful challenge for the third city goal when he alowed Bellamy to jog past him. Was also booked and now misses the game v Stoke on Saturday after collecting 5 yellow cards.
Silvestre 5.5 Surprisingly had a good first half daeling with Adebayor brilliantly but then as expected collapsed in the 2nd half. An accident waiting to happen.
Traore 5 Another game which showed why he will never make it at Arsenal. Tormented all night by Wright-Phillips and failed to get forward as much as expected.
Ramsey 5 Very poor. Following his performance at Wolves and for Wales recently much was expected today, but he let himself down.
Eastmond 5.5 Did well at times with a neat touch but lacks pace badly. Though Arsenal did concedd 2 after he went off.
Rosicky 4 Are injuries still an excuse? The most experienced player for Arsenal was out of sorts. Lost the ball for the Tevez goal and showed minimal determination to work back.
Wilshere 5.5 The highly-rated playmaker was another who failed to shine. Some neat moments but overall it looked like this game had come too early for someone so young. Not at the level Fabregas was at his age.
Vela 6.5 Held the ball up well in first half and made some good passes and great runs, but lacked support and strength to threaten big time.
Merida 5 Another highly rated young player who apart from hitting the bar at the depth failed to cath the eye. Lost the ball for the second City goal.
