JMD,

Let me show you example of right answer or response in this type of situation…

Look no other than the respond given by Dr M when he and his family was accused to have hundred of millions stash in Singapore – Israel Bank…(the case is almost the same as the one now face by Ah Jib Gor complete with account number details given).. see the accusation here: https://dupahang.wordpress.com/2 ... am-akaun-di-israel/

Dr M responded:

source:
http://www.chedet.com/2008/06/snippets_13.html

Bank Account

1. Several blogs have given space to a scurrilous statement that I, my wife and my children, have USD 199.45 million and S $ 42,000,000 in fixed deposit in the Israeli National Bank in Singapore.

2. The scum who alleges this does not have the guts to give his name.

3. UMNO can make a statement about the money I gave to Dato Abdullah when I stepped down. Better still Dato Abdullah can explain how much of the 1.4 billion Ringgit in cash, shares and property that my staff and one of his Ministers handed over to him is still with him.

4. I give full permission for the Israeli National Bank to make public these accounts so that I can claim the money said to belong to me and my family.

6. As for the anonymous scum, give your true name, I/C and address so that I can sue you.

I had checked the link given and it's genuine.
Dr Mahathir did post such a reply to his accuser at 11.20pm on Friday, June 13, 2008.

You can check it yourself here,
Dr Mahathir Mohamad: Snippets

I think it was a good way to answer such an allegation.
It was straight to the point and using plain language.
Dr Mahathir knew he was not guilty and didn't hesitate to say that he dare to sue his accusers.
No need to even consult his lawyers on whether to sue or not.
It was convincing.

And in Najib's case he doesn't even have to ask for the scums who accused him of being a thief for their true name, I/C and address so that he can sue them.

They are all out there in the open.

But of course, we need to remember, we are talking here about

Pendedahan WSJ membuktikan dakwaan Tun M berasas
Khairil Ashraf | July 8, 2015
zam,mahathir

Zaid calls 1MDB-Najib probe an entertaining circus
Navina Vivekanandan | July 8, 2015
Former law minister feels a thorough probe would not be possible as long as the persons implicated are still at the helm of the administration
Zaid-Ibrahim,-najib

KUALA LUMPUR: Zaid Ibrahim has predicted that the probe into the allegation that USD700 million of 1Malaysia Development Berhad-linked funds were channeled into the personal accounts of Prime Minister Najib Razak will be an entertaining circus to watch.
The former law minister said today in a series of tweets “if we want a circus this will be quite entertaining”.
Zaid also felt that a thorough investigation would not be possible as long as the persons implicated were still at the helm of the administration.
“This probe is a joke. A proper probe requires: PM to step down and TS Muhyiddin takes over. Zeti too and her deputy takes over.”
Various parties have appealed to the prime minister who is also the Finance Minister to step down now that to a probe has been launched by a special task force.
The Centre to Combat Corruption & Cronyism (C4) has also sought a meeting with the Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) Zeti Akhtar Aziz as they were concerned that “such movement of funds and of such mega magnitudes went unnoticed”.

Malaysian central bank comes under pressure amid Najib allegations
Bank Negara Malaysia which has long upheld its credibility and integrity has come under pressure to reveal whether money was transferred into Prime Minister Najib Razak's personal account as alleged by a Wall Street Journal report.

KUALA LUMPUR: As investigators dig deeper into Malaysia's controversial government investment fund 1MDB and the alleged transfer of a huge sum of money into Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak's personal account, the heat is also turning on government institutions, especially the central bank, to come clean.

Bank Negara Malaysia which has long upheld its credibility and integrity has come under pressure to reveal whether almost US$700 million was transferred into Mr Najib's account as alleged by a Wall Street Journal report last week.

The Malaysian ringgit tumbled to a 16-year low on Monday (Jul 6) as the Prime Minister battles intense negative public perception following the damning report by Wall Street Journal last Friday.

The currency's continued decline came despite Mr Najib taking to the stage over the weekend to explain to the grassroots that he had never swindled the people's money nor betrayed their trust. He also posted on his Facebook page denying that he had taken any money for personal gain.

Political analysts said the timing of the Wall Street journal report could not have been worse.

Keith Leong, research manager at KRA Group, said: "It comes at an awkward time for Malaysia. Economically, global trend is not favourable to Malaysia - you have the strengthening of the US dollar, weakening growth in China and of course the on-going conflict with former prime minister Mahathir Mohamad. So anything that depresses sentiment is not helpful."

The Attorney-General's statement that authorities have seized documents relating to the alleged transfer of money into Mr Najib's account further fuelled speculation.

Pressures are now mounting on other government institutions to come clean as Mr Najib contemplates legal actions against the Wall Street Journal.

"The onus is up to the PM to explain whether the money is channelled into his personal account or not and that itself is serious enough. He has not categorically denied that and it's not his denial that counts; we would like to know what Bank Negara said," opposition PKR's vice president Tian Chua said.

Bank Negara had stated previously that all investments exceeding RM50 million and offshore borrowings of more than RM100 million require its approval.

Bank Negara governor Dr Zeti Aziz confirmed that a formal inquiry into state investment fund 1MDB started last month, but was bound by regulations not to disclose any details.

Meanwhile, the opposition has called for an emergency meeting in parliament on Tuesday in an attempt to pressure the Speaker of parliament to convene a special sitting to debate the allegations hurled against Prime Minister Najib.

The serious allegations, they said, have badly tainted the Prime Minister's integrity and the country's image . While civil societies and MPs from both sides of political divide have been invited to attend, the ruling Barisan Nasional lawmakers are unlikely to turn up. The opposition simply do not have the numbers needed to move a no confidence motion against Mr Najib in parliament.
