tentang berapa RM nak masuk rumah - kena ikut budget masing2 - jgn ikut juju - juju spent almost RM50K

ha ah tapi in future time tem[at ni ada potensi kan.. bukan apa teringin nak duduk rumah banglo setingkat ala ala ranch  gitu...
lot rumah juju berapa sq ft ye?

misy - in future time - insyallah Kota Emerald akan membangun coz dlm planning diorg
1. Nak buat small town ship - complete with shopping complex & etc even sekarang tgh consturuction nak launching - shop lot yg dekat main road
2. Sekolah
3. Masjid
4. Golf & House Club

juju punya lot area  kecik je - dlm 4,000 sq ft

saya beli rumah area setapak...baru 6 bulan duduk..kalo ikut s/cut setengah sampai ofis..saya keje kt are klcc gak....dulu nak cr yg freehold tp payah sgt..last2 beli jer aprt..tp kena make sure bwh tak larat nak daki memdaki sbb pernah duduk kt puchong..tak larat nak daki & byr tol..minyak..last2 kami jual jer..

ms -aja...ni mesti kat melati court kan.. kat depat kenari appartment... kat situ ok gak...

saya beli rumah kat saujan utama...da dpt kunci dah...taktau bila nak pindah

1st house of course le castle...........    tak pun kete besar....stok tidor dalam kete aje

i pun tengah dok survey nak beli rumah kat area shah alam ni..... tapi harge aduiiihhhhh sesak napas dibuatnye.

setuju dgn u..zie baru beli rumah lama..s/storey intermediate kt gombak dgn harga RM 162,000..harga rumah 11 tahun lepas hanyalah RM 50,000++..untung besar tuan rumah lama.

zie juga suka tengok kawan2 beli/bina rumah kt kawasan perumahan2 baru..suasana pun berbeza dgn perumahan lama.

kawasan perumahan baru ada pro n contra...tolak campur tambah bahagi lebih kurang jer...tapi i suka perumahan baru...lebih fresh...walaupun x byk lgk kemudahan n jiran..ahaks..bukan apa... cam berbaloi ja beli...leh rasmi umah baru

misy terbalik lak, first house ni yg simple dekat ngan tempat kerja & low bajet skit, maklum le gaji pun baru baru kerja, berapa sgt...

tapi bila dah 2nd house tu baru lah org kat nak menikmati hasil penat lelah kita bekerja selama ni...mcm rumah utk kita duduk bila dah senja gak la...
