sy pakai honda civic 2.0. baru beli jan'09. myk ok je...sama dgn honda civic mayat taun 84...rm70 tuk smggu ulang laik keje 40km sehari pegi & balik...penah pakai honda ferio pon myk sama gak jalannye...ferio tu eksiden mid year 2008..total lost...tu sbb hubby beli civic ni. klu idak tak beli kot....pakai had mane yg ada jek...somi isteri yg keje x sama tmpt keje kene ada 2 kete sbb in case klu ujan senang. klu tak ujan hb naik moto jek.... |

dpmt byr 10% jek...loan rm115k...sbb hb dah x sabo2...plan asal nak beli tgh taun ni xpon ujung taun....xpe, kumpul duit nnt nak refinance or kurgkan dari 9 taun ke 7taun jek....x smpi le rm1.4k...rm1.3k++ jek....xpe, sy juz invest rm5k tuk downpayment & rm400 monthly jek...pstu kete atas nama den....kira ok la tu..... |

yg plg penting segala hutg kecik tu x appear dlm payslip atau dlm rekod bank sure lepas...jnji kite tau kite mmpu bayar....cam kami xde utang lain. kete sblm tu dh settle. umah x beli sbb hb ada tanah....hehehe! tp kene beli gak dlm setaun dua lg cmtu....tggu stabil sikit dulu.... |
