u want to follow me...kuangkuangkuang...there's alot more tht u can follow la...besok nak g juper supervisor..apo la dia nak comment aku nih....
em mama..make sense gak tuh..even nak buat master pun kalo jaman saya br kuar uni(2000)...musti 2.75 keatas..kalo idak jdk le kuli supervisor dulu...yg dpt jdk tutor tuh pakai cable dasar laut kotz... |

3rd class...IPTA. not twinning programme. i know none of u would believe it.
20 years from now, you all young lecturers will be Deans or Vice Canselor...please work hard now so that you can set a higher standard for your staffs....i did. they can't tell u off like "Prof/Datuk/Tan Sri dulu pun bukan ada paper publish in
international journals pun...bukan menang awards pun...tak pernah consultant
dengan industri...masuk lecturer pakai Masters je...Bachelor pun 3rd class"
...ingatlah anak2 nelayan petani yang ibubapa bergolok bergadai nak datang ke
Uni anda menuntut ilmu...please choose the best academicians as your staffs

yg copa ckp ni yg org Uni anugerah PhD atau Master kehormat tu ke? Ckp beat around the bush lps tu generalize...kalau niat tu baik ckp biar terang. |

nak improve my communication skill cos all master classes need english as medium languages

ya betul.. baru teringat dulu pernah review seseorang punya resume apply post lecturer, degree 3rd class, lepas bbrp tahun selepas itu, buat master dan terus buat phD... dan dapat 'dr' tp sayangnya bidang dia tak match dengan requirement .. so tak dapat.. kesimpulannya jgn pandang rendah pada yg dapat 3rd class...  |

PhD is research based, ada org yg kurang cemerlang dlm coursework (exam based) tapi pandai buat research. di sini, walaupun ada PhD, tapi kalau first degree 3rd class, mmg tak dapat la. at least 2nd class upper utk post lecturer. |

hmm... kurang stuju sket.. tak semesti nyer..
member ako first class.. tp buat keje hampeh..
study 24jam.. ulat buku... tp bila bab2 PR, ko-k ker apa ker.. out..
tak semestinye cemerlang akademic tu power..
may b ada org tak bgs dalam academic ni.. bila buat keje.. bagus...
may b waktu degree tak pandai.. bila master or phd.. excell..
ada sorg ni... degree 2nd class lower... tp bila buat master.. excell trus leh convert ke Phd...
CRK... caner pulak ngan ada org 3rd class degree pastu smbg master kat oversea.. sbb kaya n mampu.. n bila balik msia dapat jadi lect.. so?

yup.. tp skang dah lain.. ikut fakulti n Uni ler.. kalu uni yg tip top tu mesti la mau tinggi.. tp caner kes yg blaja kat luar negeri tu.. tup tup leh keje kat mesia. ni apa kes...
kekedang yg dapat teruk pun boleh pe.. sebab CABLE. ada cable ada ler keje.. tak kesah ler ko leh buat keje ke tak.. pandai ke tak.. cacat ke tak... |

utk ambik master directly after finish your degree..kena dapat 2nd class upper and above.
kalo dapat result teruk..bleh gak amik master..tapi kena ada work experience.
tapi lepas grad tu...belum tentu dapat kerja as lecturer..sebab certain U strict sikit...dia tgk gak degree nyer result, but then they also might consider kalau u ada work experience yg bagus and your master nyer tesis tu excellent ke tak..
anyway..saya buat masa skarang ni tak minat pon nak jadi lecturer...cuma tau pasal ni sebab bergelumang ngan Higher Education gak |

kalo 1st degree kite dapat 3 pointer n 2nd degree tak ok mcmaner?tapi bukan ker ada certain univ tak kire cgpa sgt....asal 3 ok jer |
