Important Announcement: AirAsia X Re-Aligns Network
Dear fans, please be informed that due to soaring taxes and higher jetfuel prices, AirAsia X is re-aligning its network to focus on coremarkets and will be withdrawing services to India (Mumbai and NewDelhi) and Europe (Paris and London) from our Kuala Lumpur hub asfollows:
• Mumbai- Four weekly services will be suspended with the last flight on 31 January, 2012
• New Delhi- Daily services will be suspended with the last flight on22 March, 2012. Flights in March will be reduced to four weeklyservices.
• London- Six weekly services will be suspended with the last flight on 31 March, 2012
• Paris- Four weekly services will be suspended with the last flight on 30 March, 2012
All Guests who hold bookings after these dates will be offered analternative travel option at no additional cost to mitigate theinconvenience caused as a result of these route withdrawals. An e-mailstating options that are available will be send, including a fullrefund, a reroute to another AirAsia X destination (e.g, in Australiaand North Asia), or a move to an alternative carrier where available.
AirAsia X will concentrate capacity in our core markets of Australasia,China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. Announcements of our future expansionsplans will be made soon. |

Dear Guest,
Please be informed that effective from 1st April 2012, AirAsia X will be suspending our flights to/from London.
We will be sending individual notifications to all guests affected by this move, in stages, based on your respective flight dates, via email and SMS.
The email notices will also outline the various service recovery options offered which are:
i. cancel your reservation and opt for Full Refund/Credit Shell; or
ii. re-route to any other AirAsia X destination, without any additional cost; or
iii. transfer to an alternative airline subject to availability, without any additional cost.
In order to avoid undue congestion and delays in replying to your queries, we request that you contact us in relation to any queries you may have, only after you have received your individual notice.

no more everybody can fly to London and Paris la nampaknya.. kalau tak time promo rate murah tu merasa la gak nak ker London/Paris return tix dlm RM1700 or below... kalau premium airline time promo rate dlm RM2500 ++ jugakk.. |

Mau nyer trip feb kan? sebbaik tak kensel feb cam rumours kata... tp kitaorg yg trip pas mac ni in a limbo jd nyer.. skrg berharap sgt dpt transfer airlines lain... tanak ar tukar destinasi apatah lg kensel trip.. penat den plan sejak tahun lepas.. dah ler sengaja miss bbrp tempat on the recent winter trip.. huhu...

Mizz, trip kalini tak buat OT stadium n museum tour sbb dah include lam itinerary utk trip europe this summer with my siblings.. tp tuptup aax nak kensel lak flight g europe.. adehh.. dah ler flight munich-manchester kitaorg dah purchase.. skrg tgh tunggu option yg available.. berharap sgt dpt change to another airline.. tanak ar kensel plan, penat study route lam stgh tahun ni..
mmg lucky tul tnampak harry potter shop lam store guide map tu sbb according to the harrod store guide dia till jan 2012 jer.. tatau either pas ni dah tadak ker tukar lokasi jer.. sy ader gak tersesat jap ke area food market harrod tp sekilas pandang jer sbb my friend dah calling2.. kwn sy musti bengang sbb i spent more time dr dia kat most places pdhal dia yg beria2 nak g to those places.. hehe.. |

ina, lam emel umum yg dorg mail kat suma yg terlibat ader mention 3 option, kensel+refund, tukar destinasi n transfer to another airlines.. so mmg harap dpt tukar airlines ar.. tp hanya ley act pas dorg hantar individual emel jer, so skang ni x sure gak kalo ketiga2 option available.. kitaorg nyer trip awal bulan jun, so mayb sesapa yg trip april yg akan dpt emel dulu... nervous tunggu surat cinta pak tony..
Mau, sebbaik ler sy tak terhegeh2 book hotel trus ujung tahun lepas.. kalo x bertambah2 lg kerisauan.. memula bc statement aax kat fb, dia mention dorg akan atur other travel option, sy bgtau adik sy mayb aax tukar flight kitaorg g flight mas kot coz dorg kan adik-bradik dah skrg.. adik sy ckp sy berangan... hahaha.. tp pas dah dpt emel terkini, jelas dan nyata aax mention option ke3 transfer to another airlines, mmg berkuntum2 dah bunga harapan.. |

N13, rasanya kat thread london ni, kak aishah pergi dulu dalam mid april, then berry pergi 27 april. I hope ill receive the individual mail tu asap...
Thank god i tak beli lagi flight venice-rome mlm td.. nak terbeli dah tu.. huhu sbb 21E je. cam murah... My colleague yg pergi 4 april dah bought all.. tinggal nak fly je.. kesian dia.. dia maybe akan dpt duluuu lah email tu.. kat office tadi we all dah takde mood nak wat pape...hihih... |
