aku percaya bila technician datang dia akan bawak satu alat macam pengesan bom tuh
ko leh tgk speed ko melalui alat tu ..dia akan test speed dari modem dan terus ke belakang rumah..ko bleh tgk perbezaan speed itu dan kalau betul rendah maksudnhya suh tukar kabel kat belakang umah ko sehinggalah kat port tepi jalan tu |

ada pengesan bom tu yg leh baca...patutnya technician tu tunjuk kat ko bacaannya...dulu aku komplen as a customer byk yg aku belajar dari technician tu..dia explain satu2,..x semua technician yg betul2 bagus.. |

nak tanya ler.. dah dua minggu tenet aku nih problem... tiap2 hari aku dok call tmnut bengong nih... ckp line kat umah aku asyik putus2 jer.. peh tuh biler nak connect balik punyer ler amik mase 5 minit.. peh tuh lepas 5 min putus balik... tensen betul.. semlm diorg dtg tuko modem.. tapi cam hampeh still sama gak.. diorg nih tau wat keje ker tak nih... :@ :@ saper ada mengalami masalah cam aku nih leh bagitau tak camner korang settelkan... ada ker dia tanya umah cik kena ribut ker? aku ckp ler bukan umah aku yg ribut nih.. kepala aku nih dah jadik toprnado dah tmnut bengong nyer pasal.. bayo nak cepat.. rebet aku hari tuh pun tak dpt2 lagi.. cam hampeh betul ler...:@ |

sebelum ko nak maki diorang , ko kena tau situasi apa yg berlaku..once technician datang umah..suh la dia check cable or internal wiring guna pengesan bom tu..kalo sekadar technician tukar modem camtu jer bukan penyelesai masalah..technician mmg suka wat keja senang,,kalo ko request suh dia check sure dia akan check punye..ko tengok meter tu camana..dari belakang rumah ko sehinggalah ke pc ko ...suruh dia check snr dan noise kt cable,,mende nie penting utk kes tenet putus2 |
