Narimiya Hiroki, Piano Performance!
On the 6th, actor Narimiya Hiroki had pre-birthdaycelebrations with fans at Tokyo Hotel. He had a similar event in Osakathe day before. In total, 900 fans attended. His real birthday is onthe 14th. The exciting event was filled with witty speeches and anenergetic piano performance, and to top it off everyone was given anecklace as a present.
He started playing the piano last year. During intervals for the Fuji TV drama 'Innocent Love', he practised with Yuzu's Kitagawa Yujin.He trained intensively for a month for this event, especially when hewas tired from memorizing lines. He played the theme song from thedrama, Utada Hikaru's 'Eternally' and a medley of other tunes.
Hewas dressed in a bridal tuxedo. When asked about his own wedding,"Sometime ago I went for a palm reading. I'm supposed to get marriedtwice," he said, laughing, "Right now, I'm still kind of weak."
His management charged those fans 27,000 yen each to attend his pre-birthday party.

Ryoko Yonekura, Hiroki Narimiya pitch Mt Rainier coffee
TOKYO - Actress Ryoko Yonekura, 34, has been chosen as the first Japanese celebrity to appear in a TV commercial campaign for Morinaga Milk’s Mt Rainier coffee brand. In the ads, Yonekura appears with Hiroki Narimiya, 26, who plays her subordinate. The two not only co-starred as a married couple in a TV drama but are also good friends off-camera.
Yonekura praised Narimiya’s “sexy and handsome big brown eyes,” while Narimiya showed his admiration for the actress and how happy he was to see her. “She’s a really high-caliber older sister to me, but she’s really sweet.”

There's been continuous days of filming
I've been concentrating on it
Neglecting my blog...
Sorry
There's no filming today
A piano teacher
came to my house
After practising for the event
I really got interested in it
I bought a piano on a whim [laugh]
From today it's a new tune
I'm practising Beethoven's 'Moonlight'
It's kind of depressing and ominous
But it has a lovely melody
There's just something about this piece, I like it
In-between memorizing scripts
I play the piano
Personally, the change of pace is helpful
Besides that
I've been watching Ugly Betty on DVD
Continuously today for 20 hours
Oh no
I'm totally hooked on it [laugh]
Now I'll continue watching the next half
Also,
I found a compress that works [laugh]
Well then
This has been Narimiya.
