actually.. not a problem sangat
but the main point is.. we want to make sure the little one get the full nutrition from the mother..
because the fetus only depends on the mother..
unlike the baby that you breastfeed.....
beside breastfeeding... he can get food from all sort of things surrounding...

genetic... no.. i don't think so..

epidural.. yes..
its true few women will suffer backache after taking epidural..
but in terms of few years after gave birth..
but.. not all.. ada jugak yang ok sahja...

so.. in your case.. it is cause of epidural lah..
no specific medicine to cure ..
just do exercise more.. sit up.. brisk walk.. light exercise..
insyallah.. slowly the pain boleh hilang.
