ye, biasanya circs hanyala release prepuce tu dari glans (kepala) dan buang prepuce itu. itu sahaja. tetapi ada yg release frenulum tetapi di malaysia i dont think our surgeons do that if its for religious purposes.
yang utama, there is less risks for balanitis dan other infection jika sudah circ.. dan jika circ, maka tak ade lah risiko utk phimosis or paraphimosis or utk trauma eg tersangkut pada zip, injuries semasa oral sex with poorly-experienced partner dan paling utama, kurang lah risiko untuk wanita mendapat infection dari bacteria dan smegma yang ada bersama prepuce.

also im not aware of how, if ever, that can influence sexual prowess

to answer your questions the other day steven:
1) i am not aware of any advantage of releasing the frenulum
2) i am not aware if keeping the frenulum intact improves sexual sensation / sensitivity
3) i am not aware if the healing rate or pain post-procedure is better if frenulum is released
4) yes i agree with you that the far are more instances that the frenulum is not divided or released in malaysia, perhaps reaching 95% if not more (i am guessing)
5) yes there are other methods eg bell, clamps and so on and yes i am familiar with these methods, having done them or assisted in doing them in my younger days
..but sorry for not answering your Question above ha ha

From my view and own experience.
1) it look better without the frenelum. No more frenelum tear problems.
2) it doesn't improve the penis sensitivity but reduce it as frenelum with are sensitive is removed.
3) the healing process doesn't differ much with the intact guy. Some people might take longer to heal but not me.
4) 95% is safe to sare reasonable estimate as majority are malays with mostly had uncut frenelum. Even the non muslim friends I know are also mostly with frenelum intact.
6) freehand method are still most preferable method as it is cheaper than other method. Most of the doctor know how to circumcised.
With clamp, stapler or any other method is more expensive. |

It normal for malay at this age to get circumcised. The place where I get recircumcised got many children age younger than 6 get khata. |
