Ramos received lavish praise early in the season for his part in Real Madrid's march to the top, and as such he feels duty bound to maintain that position.
"There's a lot of Liga left and we'll see what happens. To be first in the Liga and still in the Champions League - we'd all have taken that three months ago.
"Our mentality one of victory, and although we know that we'll be pushed hard, we're clam and won't get nervous.
"Our weekend game? It's one more match for us and we'll need to give a lot. But we must keep on fighting because the league is won in May, not February."
The Seville-born player will look for victory in Huelva, Andalucia this weekend as he visits his old home community.
"What better than to win on Saturday to break the streak of four defeats and gain another three points," he asked.
"This is another chance to go back to where we were."
Reflecting on Samuel Eto'o's alleged handball the night before in the Copa del Rey tie between Barcelona and Valencia, he mused, "I won't enter into arguments and debates on this. We all saw the handball, but these things even out.- aiman tak kisah brader
