sebabnya farah kejap ada kejap takde.. kalau nama dah 2 kali tak update mmg akan digugurkan..
jadi nk join balik ke ni? kalau betul2 nk join utk mei, kena update berat tiap selasa / rabu tau |

Hari ni punya lah jaga makan... Kononnya lah... Exercise alhamdulillah dapat 1/2 jam. Sakan berpeluh.. 
Alih2 malam makan mee rebus! ( mee tu saya buat sendiri). Hajat hati nk makan sikit jer. Psiko diri pakai mangkuk kecik, alih2 makan bertambah.. sabar jer lah..... |

ala.. lina jenis x share gambo diri dgn public la linaalias.. kat fb pun cenggitu...apa lg nk tayang2 diri, badan... gambo before and after pun lina x pernah snap...tiap kali turun kg atau apa2 perubahan... lina cuma ada rakam gambar penimbang nyer figure je.. tu pun sbb ada challenge lain.. kalau
x mmg x snap pun gambo2.. lina cuma simpan data je.. sorry yer.. kita tunggu gambo dr rakan2 yg lain...

me too.. fail today.. 
pagi breakfast kat cafe makan cheese omelatte + peanut butter waffle.
tghari makan nasi lauk ikan masak asam pedas. pulak tu ikan fresh hasil tangkapan suami tercinta..
malam ni sudah pasti chinese food sbb ada event kat sini. dh order food from chinese restaurant... |

kalau small portion, menu tu x jadi masalah la.. breakfast pun dh nampak healthy.. lunch pun... maybe dinner pun sama... pandai kawal kuantiti.. x de masalah.. seimbang dh tu.. |
