i dah mula puasa utk selaraskan selera makan hihi

masalah skang, menu utk berbuka..kalu sup, sayur rebus jemu gak

ingat arini nk buat coleslaw...agak2 coleslaw ok tak utk sbg menu sihat...worry kan mayonis yg digunakan...tengs all!

    bed prnh baca .. antara salad or koleslaw yg bermayonis tuh kalorinya lbh tinggi dari piza ..

dari segi zahir kita nmpk ia mcm sihat sbb vegi tp bila dah tmbh dia punya mayo bagai trus jadik tak sihat eheh

boleh amek bubur nasik.. letak ayam... sedap gak..

makan oat... mcm saya masak oat letak ayam+kubis/sawi .. mmg sdp lah..

breakfast tadi jam 7 pagi makan oat jer. skrg waktu kat sini dah kul 9.20am. baru pas exercise. nk makan light2 sikit kut. maybe cracker+peanut butter ataupun sekadar makan buah aje.
