Did Najib’s lawyers send the most pathetic legal letter to WSJ?
We came across this news from an unverified source. But for the sake of entertainment, let’s just humour this piece of news and see what it entails.

It seems that the Prime Minister last night had instructed his lawyers to send a letter of demand to Wall Street Journal.

But it was preceded by a press release by the lawyers which basically detailing out the difficulty of this legal matter. They ironed out a couple of problems before they will decide what kind of action they will take.

What this means, the press release is begging the public to understand that this matter takes time, and the exercise could possibly be a waste of time. Political-wise, they just want to buy some time for their client. To show that some action is being taken, despite some allegations that their client do not have the courage to actually do anything.

Dalam artikel kontroversi WSJ isu Najib Billion2, kenapa WSJ merujuk Petrosaudi sebagai sebuah syarikat yang tidak dikenali sedangkan kerajaan Malaysia begitu amat teruja sekali bila dapat berurusniaga dengan Petrosaudi, bertuah konon dapat buat usahasama dengan sebuah syarikat minyak gergasi milik negara Arab Saudi ! ?

Semakan melalui laman web Petrosaudi menemukan kita kepada kenyataan ini -

PetroSaudi was founded in 2005 by Tarek Essam Ahmad Obaid and private investors. PetroSaudi International is a privately owned oil exploration and production company, with its main offices in the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and Switzerland.

Privately owned / Milik persendirian ? Laaaa..... bukanlah milik kerajaan Arab Saudi @ keluarga diRaja Arab Saudi !

Laman web nya pula tidak menunjukkan ianya sebagai sebuah konglomerat atau syarikat yang besar. Banyak maklumat yang tidak ada sepertimana yang biasa kita temui di laman2 web syarikat besar. Paling mengejutkan adalah, Petrosaudi tidak ada langsung aktiviti perniagaan sebelum tahun 2009. Dari tahun 2005 sehingga 2009, Petrosaudi merupakan sebuah syarikat yang dormant / tidak aktif !

Err... sekadar peringatan..... JV 1MDB-Petrosaudi Cayman adalah pada tahun 2009 .... Bagaimana 1MDB boleh sesenang itu beri USD1 billion hasil jualan bon Islam untuk JV dengan sebuah syarikat yang tidak aktif ? Bukankah track record sebuah syarikat itu penting sebelum kita buat keputusan hendak JV .... apalagi atas nama kerajaan Malaysia ?

Dari laman web Petrosaudi, berita tentang projek pertama dalam industri minyak hanya bermula Januari 2010 bila mereka beli kapal gerudi - Petrosaudi Discoverer dan diikuti dengan sebuah lagi kapal Petrosaudi Saturn pada November 2010.



Tidak ada Petrosaudi News sebelum Januari 2010 dan berita pembelian dua  buah kapal pada tahun 2010

Kedua kapal itu dibeli oleh anak syarikat Petrosaudi bernama Petrosaudi Oil Services Limited yang ditubuhkan pada tahun 2009. ( tahun JV dengan 1MDB ! ? )


Perhatikan kronologi JV dan Petrosaudi bila dikaitkan -

September 2009 - JV antara 1MDB-Petrosaudi. 1MDB beri USD1 billion untuk 40% saham dalam JV

Januari 2010 - Petrosaudi beli kapal Petrosaudi Discoverer

Mac 2010 - JV di tamatkan tidak sampai 6 bulan selepas sain kontrek TANPA sebarang aktiviti perniagaan. 1MDB tidak dikembalikan wang pelaburan tapi ditukarkan menjadi pinjaman yang diberikan oleh 1MDB kepada Petrosaudi. Beberapa bulan kemudian, 1MDB beri lagi pinjaman USD500 juta kepada Petrosaudi.

November 2010 - Petrosaudi beli sebuah lagi kapal Petrosaudi Saturn

Mei 2011 - 1MDB beri lagi pinjaman USD330 juta kepada Petrosaudi.

Ogos 2011 - Petrosaudi buat JV dengan Ghana dalam projek carigali minyak


Perhati balik kronologi di atas ....... kenapa terbau hancing jer ...  Siapapun akan beranggapan bahawa 1MDB sebenarnya memberi  bantuan kewangan kepada Petrosaudi untuk memulakan bisness ! Menggunakan wang rakyat Malaysia....

Kenapa 1MDB berJV dengan sebuah syarikat yang tidak aktif dan tidak punya pengalaman dalam industri minyak ? Petrosaudi juga tidak punya sebarang aset langsung kecuali aset dalam bentuk Hak Carigali Minyak ( oil exploration rights ) yang kita sendiri sudah kantoikan kesahihannya !

Ooooops .... nanti jap.... bukan ke USD700 juta dari jumlah USD1 billion dah lesap dua hari selepas sain kontrek ?

Well, actually ..... carian internet menunjukkan Petrosaudi beli kapal Discoverer pada harga USD150 juta dan Saturn USD260 juta.

Kemungkinan itu masih ada !

Letakkan diri anda kembali pada waktu itu dan sedang baca artikel berkenaan ....  dan dengan apa yang kita ketahui sekarang - Siapa yang kencing siapa ni ?

Ya, semua itu hanya kemungkinan saja tanpa bukti ..... tapi ia adalah kemungkinan yang berasaskan circumstanstial evidence.

AKHIRNYA .... keseluruhan USD1.83 billion duit dari Malaysia menjadi tandatanya, dah tak nampak bayang sejak dibawa keluar. Yang ada hanyalah Just Unit .... yang juga menjadi tandatanya rakyat.

We are curious as to why Wall Street Journal had labeled Petrosaudi as an obscure company in their latest article which was published yesterday.

And we checked Petrosaudi’s website just to ensure why.

And what we found is rather perplexing. Indeed PetroSaudi was established in 2005, but it is merely a privately owned company specialising in oil exploration and production. We have always thought that PetroSaudi is a government linked company of Saudi Arabia, or an investment arm of Saudi Arabia.

Its website stated:

PetroSaudi was founded in 2005 by Tarek Essam Ahmad Obaid and private investors. PetroSaudi International is a privately owned oil exploration and production company, with its main offices in the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and Switzerland.

If indeed it is a huge company with tremendous track record, its website doesn’t say much about it. There’s not even any investor relations section which could give information mostly available in big corporations’ websites.

No information on Board of Directors, top management and surprisingly, they do not seem to have any track record prior to 2009.

The news on their first foray in oil exploration and production only came about in January 2010 when they first bought their drill-ship, the PetroSaudi Discoverer.

The website did not state any news before January 2010.

Both ships were acquired by the subsidiary of PetroSaudi called PetroSaudi Oil Services Limited which was founded in 2009.

It seems that PetroSaudi has been dormant since 2005 and coincidentally brought to life when 1MDB gave them USD1 billion in a dodgy joint venture which ended in 2010.

The chronology of this joint venture can thus be reported as below:

September 2009 – Joint venture between 1MDB and PetroSaudi commenced. 1MDB gave USD1 billion to PetroSaudi as payment for the equity shares.

January 2010 – PetroSaudi bought a ship – PetroSaudi Discoverer.

March 2010 – Joint venture with PetroSaudi was terminated barely 6 months after it started without any real oil exploration or production business made. Instead of giving back the USD1 billion in cash money to 1MDB, they transformed that money into loan agreement (by then, PetroSaudi now owes 1MDB USD1 billion plus interest). A few months later, 1MDB gave another USD500 million loan to PetroSaudi.

November 2010 – PetroSaudi acquired another ship – PetroSaudi Saturn.

May 2011 – 1MDB gave another USD330 million loan to PetroSaudi.

August 2011 – PetroSaudi started another business joint venture. This time with Ghana in oil exploration and production.

With the above events taking place, it is really hard not to think that 1MDB was actually subsidising PetroSaudi’s business venture using Malaysian taxpayers’ money. Question is, why did 1MDB enter into a joint venture with a company devoid of any track records, experience or capabilities in oil exploration? They do not even have any drill ships prior to the joint venture.

The only assets that they had was the oil exploration rights, and even that was questioned over its authenticity.

But contrary to PetroSaudi’s website, the 1MDB’s website claimed that PetroSaudi is a state-owned company. How could a state owned company which was trumpeted by the Prime Minister as one of the best thing to have happened to 1MDB, has no track record whatsoever and was dormant until the JV started?

It seems Malaysians were conned into making this deal back in 2009. A very expensive con perpetrated by one called Tarek Obaid and his friends. He could have even used the name of a Saudi Arabia royal family to further his schemes. Isn’t it strange that there is no official mention of a Saudi Arabian prince anywhere in PetroSaudi website?

Maybe after a few wine and dine sessions, all manner concerning good corporate governance and ‘I will never betray the people’ went out the proverbial window of a yacht.

Obviously, birds of feather do flock together.

Not to mention the fact that the website is so simple, it does not reflect a multi-national, hugely successful corporation.

We would have thought that as fellow muslims, you do not cheat other muslims, let alone an entire muslim country. But there is no limit to a person(s)’ greed. No matter how wealthy they are.

We could not even categorise this deceitful business venture as a government to government business deal. What kind of a government project which lasted barely a few months after it was inked but has nothing concrete to show? The deceitful, non governmental ones of course.

How many EPU officers attended the meetings to study about the joint venture? How many paperwork made, how many months of due diligence performed, and how many meetings the cabinet had to discuss the proposal of the joint venture? The answer could be in the region of zero.

PetroSaudi is not a state-owned company. It is a privately owned company run by a gang of con-men. We suspect since 2005, this gang of con-men travelled around the world promising dodgy joint ventures to some gullible governments. And Malaysia was its first victim.

In the end, about USD1.83 billion of our money was given to this obscure yet dodgy company.

PetroSaudi is so dodgy that it was implicated in a case that caused Tony Blair to be sacked from being an envoy for the Middle East.

Apparently PetroSaudi had, since November 2010 been paying Tony Blair about ￡41,000 (RM205,000) per month to act as a broker in multi million business deals.

Tony Blair eventually stepped down in June 2015.

It seems those who are connected to 1MDB and its conmen will not only lose credibility, they will lose their jobs as well.

Ramai yang sebut tentang penglibatan Yahudi dalam kemelut Najib Billion2 .... entahlah, malas saya nak layan teori konspirasi yang bertaraf world begitu. Cuma saya teringat 2-3 bulan lepas saya ada buat sedikit kaji selidik mengenai Lembaga Penasihat 1MDB.

Ada satu nama tu bila saya cek, ada kaitan dengan Yahudi ! Sebab tidak mahu alihkan tumpuan daripada transaksi 1MDB, saya kiv dulu.

Cadangnya saya nak buat coretan sikit yang lebihkurang bunyinya - Kenapa nak sibuk konspirasi Yahudi menentang 1MDB sedangkan dalam Lembaga Penasihat 1MDB sendiri ada Yahudi ! .... gempak kan hehehe...


Tadi saya buka semula laman web 1MDB untuk ingat kembali nama mamat Perancis itu ..... eh, mana perginya ? ?  Sebelum ni ada 10 budak hitam, kenapa tinggal 9 jer budak hitam ?

Faktanya, Bernard Arnault adalah salah seorang ahli lembaga penasihat 1MDB. Tapi kenapa sekarang gambar dan namanya sudah dipadam dari senarai ahli lembaga penasihat 1MDB ?

Dah digugurkan ? Bila ? Kenapa ? Atau dia yang letak jawatan ?

Peeeergh ! Respek lah Najib ...... Dengan selamba jer Najib boleh buang orang TERKAYA di Eropah dari menjadi ahli lembaga penasihat 1MDB !

eerrr... harap2 bukan disorok ya ... tak tahu apa sebabnya kalau nak disorokkan... si Bernard ni tahu ke nama dia dah kena buang dari panel penasihat 1MDB ?

Oya, Bernard Arnault adalah seorang Yahudi.


PS - Khabarnya dalam circle Najib pun ada sorang lagi Yahudi, yang kuat tunggang arak dan suka berpoya2 tu .... tak lama lagi kena buang juga lah tu ...

PS2 - Sebenarnya apa fungsi ahli2 lembaga penasihat 1MDB ni ? Nama2 semua gah. Apakah mereka tahu dan akur dengan cara 1MDB ditadbir urus selama ini ? Mungkin ada wartawan yang boleh tanya/interview mereka sendiri atas kapasiti mereka sebagai ahli lembaga penasihat 1MDB, tentang 1MDB ? Nak tahu juga apakah mereka semua tahu apa yang berlaku dan setuju ?

akak senyum sinis jah dgn task force ni yg sangat "rajin" buat keja saat ini, wahhhh impartial sungguh, discharging their duties without fear or favour gituh, tapi pada masa yg sama mp nak buat mesorat kat parlimen pun bulih dihalang pulis dgn macam2 alasan...nampak sangat apa2 pun jadi, hegemony umno-bn mesti terus dikekalkan hingga kiamat, kalu melingkup biarlah najib sorang jah take the fall, yg lelain masih bulih hidup aman seperti biasa, melanun spt biasa
