ive got many frens(chinese,malay,indians) who work at retails and customer service.

sad but true,

chinese customers usually are the ones who are most impolite, impatient and arrogant.

just spent your time and talks to the retailers, or do your own observations.

just look at how some DAP leaders stir the songkok "issue" in johor.

to me, if a chinese stewardess can wear mas kebaya uniform, does that make her a muslim?

yes, by right she can do her duty in whatever clothes she wanna wear, but being a mas stewardess she must follow the rules/guideline of the company shes working with.

ala, biasalah..

kalau ada chinese/org keturunan chinese masok thread ni, mesti diorang backing chinese.. & kata balik yg org melayu pon kurang ajar jugak.. adatlah tu

aku tak point sapa.. sb kita tak tahu sapa sebenarnya forumer kat sini.. bukan kita kenal pon antara satu sama lain

Aku setuju sesangat!    tapi org melayu pun ada dua

1) Kalau dia kaya yg memang kaya sejak azali-cakap baik-baik
2) kalau yg baru nak kaya atau perasan kaya - cakap banyak cam dia tau semua,  berlagak, susah sikit nak berurusan dgn diaorg.
3) miskin- ok aje....ikut cakap...senang nak uruskan sebab kesian dan org cam nie yg aku selalu tolong...

Bukan sebagai customer jek, memang diaorang tu kureng budi bahasa. Kalau nak jual apa-apa ngan kita, kemain manis mulut.

ini kisah jiran cina sblh umah haku..

*off topic kejap

dia merupakan cina yg memiliki ciri2 melayu..

- suka ckp besar tapi barang xda
- suka menunjuk2
- suka mengumpat org lain

dan yang over itu adalah suaminya.. bukan isteri..

bravo..bravo..

moral nya.. cina ke melayu ke.. india ke.. sama aje

em true, biarlah kalau ada sapa2 nak deny pasal kenyataan ni.. biasalah kita ni cakap pasal majoriti kan, sapa yg paling rude & impolite. bukan apa, kita pernah jadi customer service so memang kita tahu.. bukan sorang dua yg kata masalahnya ramai. abaikan je sapa2 yg meroyan tuh hehe

x sumer yg berfikiran negatif dan kurang ajo....bangsa2 lain pun ada yg terlebih kurang ajar.....

TP aku x nafikan yang  yg Chinese Customer ni..kurang ajar derang mmg teramat kurang ajar....bukan sajercustomer...malah penjual bangsa ni esp yg jual HP tu.....tp bangsa Melayu dan India pun tak kurang ajarnya ...
