I have rewatched this 2005/2006 drama like almost a dozen times - still cannot get enough of the story.

It is so original ... brilliant, emotional, heart -warming, sweet  ....Aaah the feeling is great !
(& sorry for I must repeat this) the 3 leads are simply very good.

I am glad Lee JungHyuk (GreenRose/ Crazy For You ) is Dr Park Dong Jae - without him, I doubt this role would look this convincing.

This drama is highly recommended !

Please bear with me coz I have made many many many captures on the scenes.

I was much too overwhelmed when I heard Ha ru saying this to EH
Man... Ha Ru's actions speaks louder than words ! :

Ha Ru:

I read this from a book about a woman who had tied yellow ribbons on a tree in a way to welcome her husband back from the prison. This is what she did
The day when, EH teacher came back--------- Actually, I was ------very happy.

I raised my voice ...  was mad ... at EH Teacher, the reason I waited so long.
The surgery...I kept on waiting for you...but you werent there.
I yelled  and said so many things at you  --------  even so, I didnt mean it --- Really, I didnt meant them ! ----- So --- dont go.

I am sorry ---  so,  dont leave me, please ??

EH: Smile for me ---- I missed your smile...( Ha Ru showed EH his teary smile)

Ha Ru 's mental health & studies has become better & gotten more friendlier --
Present IQ is 132 (risen 27 points in just 3 weeks)

Looks like Ha Ru is now ready to attend President Hoe's party & meet up with the investors.

[ EH's monologue :  Somehow...after the party I am going back to my old-self ]

PDJ: Just yesterday, he learnt all that..he's never forgets anything that he had learnt.

President Hoe : He's memorized the multiplcation table up to 100.

[ Ha Ru seems distracted .. looking for EH ]

Investor : Really ??? ... then can you recite it for us from 31 ??

Ha Ru:  Where's  EH teacher --- i dont seem to see her ?  I dont see EH Teacher... I kept looking around for her but she doesnt seem to be anywhere... I kept looking ,  I dont see her.

[Ha Ru's eyes kept wandering round the place looking for EunHye]

PDJ: She could have gone to the restroom for a while ---  I'll go look for her.

President Hoe : * Ahem ! *

PDJ: Stay here with your guests while i go look, alright?
PDJ : (to the guests)  ....Excuse me for a moment.

President Hoe : Ha Ru... will you recite the tables from 31 for us ?
Ha Ru : ( still very distracted ) ... 31 x 1 = 31 ..etc..


PDJ went looking for EH -- went inside the ladies' rest room !!
and all over the places.

Another round of a wild goose chase !
Ha Ru disappears from his guests and President Hoe.

Ha Ru takes the elevator & goes upstairs to hoping to find EH in her room ... the door was unlock & surprised to see a bunch a men already waiting in there.

He was then offered a drink by Mr Pyo... soon he's already dancing round with the Mr. Pyo's men in his boxer shorts !!

PDJ & his Doctors enters EH's room with President Heo...

Ha Ru: It's Dr. Dong Jae...it's Dr. Dong Jae ... ( collapses )

It's passed midnite ...and already New Year !
EH made her escape.....

Back at the observatory ... Ha Ru gets thrown into the pool.
Ha Ru went back to his room  --- found a letter from EH & her handphone.

Ha Ru tries to explain what EH wrote in the letter -- that is ,  EH had left for her home bcos her mom is in critical condition.

PDJ refuses to believe what's written in EH's letter.  Ha Ru insisted that PDJ  sees the letter.

PDJ :

ONE - from now onwards, whereever you go...whatever you do, you report to me. You are not allowed to go anywhere without my permission.

TWO - Never to interrupt me when I am talking

THREE - She is nothing but a liar..You were fooled again - got that !!

[ Tears up the letter ! ]

Ha Ru:  You are wrong....EH teacher isnt a Liar...she's not

PDJ:  You !!
(shows PDJ the missed calls on her handphone)

Ha Ru : Dr. Dong Jae  you are wrong.
(Then, the phone rang....carrying the number from EH's mom. )

Ha Ru : Arent you going...arent you going to see EH Teacher?  Her mom had passed away...EH Teacher's mom had passed away...Why are you this cruel... dont you have a mother, eh ?

PDJ:  No... I never had a mother.
