Sebenarnya saya memang suka jengah kat sini, selalu tak sabar. Betul tu kak noor, boleh jugak buat something for my newborn. Noah sekarang ni dah pandai kena agah itu yang geram nak balik cepat jer. Tapi bila saturday he miss his babysitter. Nanti i paste kan gambarnya

To gucci:
Tq gucci. Sebenarnya macam2 nama yang lekat. My PIL side call him Arieff, My mom side call him Noah and my husband call him pupu .... nick from latin means ya kekasih. Gucci, FYI memang i everyday jenguk kat sini & rasanya macam nostalgia masa kecik2 dulu my mom and her friends selalu gather2 buat jahit menjahitlah, buat bungalah etc.Terkenang semasa dolu dolu

    alat2 utk memasak

2. .

   1 1/2 cup flour
4.
200g butter

5.
1/2 cup sugar

6.

7.
cream butter and sugar until well combined

8.

9.
grease pan

10.
Measure 1 1/2 cups of plain flour and 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut


11.
stir in flour

12.
stir in coconut

   

17.
    ratakan adunan tadi kedalam loyang..

18.
     bakar selama 10 hingga 15 minit..

19.
    fruit ni ikut suka...mahu guna durian pun tak kisah punya

20.

21.
     kuning telur di asingkan   * mesti guna brg avon tau ..kalau tak jadi nanti jangan marah jelly tau
22.
    bila dah masak jadi macam ni..
23.
2 egg yolks; 1/4 cup caster sugar

24.
add 3/4 cup milk

25.
add 1 3/4 thickened cream

26.
whisk

27.
baked pastry base; mixed fruit; and whisked custard

28.
spoon mixed fruit over pastry base

29.
strain custard over mixed fruits

30.
bake for 30 minutes.

bukan.. bukan...

masa korang nak prepare benda ni.. sila panaskan lah oven dulu.. set suhu ikut arahan.. by the time siap .. boleh terus masuk oven..

loyang tu.. u all sapukan dgn butter dulu.. then alaskan kertas minyak tu.. nanti baru letak pastry dlm loyang tu..

wahhh...best nyer kat sini, ada kelas masak lagi, lama tak dapat masuk sini, asyik page error, dapat baca satu page, page lain error....
anyway tq tu gucci, hamy, k.noor, nampak terang dan jelas, rasa balik nie nak
buat...he he...sure tak sempat...kalau jadi, nanti sutera snap gambar dan tepek kat sini...
