Tadi first time experience presyncope.......berdiri lama tengah panas kat kawasan kubur tu,terus experienced all the presyncope symptoms; muscles weakness,disorientation,nauseous,abdominal pain,coldness...... Feels like dying....the good thing is,at least now I know how it feels,more empathy for the sp who experienced it next time........our body is such a wonderful thing la,so systematic...,when you didn't take care of it,the 11 interconnected systems will be haywire and it gonna show the signs as though to alert you.....huhu dui bu qi.......no more roti krim jagung for dinner after this... =/

Actually, there is a story of why I randomly typed out "sopak" when associated with daging + susu, ikan + daging/ayam.
It all began when a friend of mine, a guy. I would say that he pranked me with this fact.... He was the one to blame and he had made me remember this "false memory"/ "false fact" so to speak.

One fine day, during weekend 3 years ago at Cafeteria in shopping mall... he asked me... "Did you know... you can't eat meat (beef) with milk? and chicken with fish... cannot also?" Me replied... "Yeah I know". That moment... I ate nasi with ayam goreng with some kuah... He ate the same thing with me. I asked... "Why did you ask? We don't even order any of those? Why bother..." He said... "I was just telling you... because if you eat any of those combinations... you might catch sopak you know?" Me... just eating my meal... with saying a word... but my mind kinda wondering what has sopak got to do with those combinations? He must be kidding... or just pranked me?"

..... long paused.... he asked... "Diam je? Sakit ke?" Me... "Entah... tengah fikir apa yang you cakap tadi... merepek betul". He replied... "Hahahaha.... You ambik serius ke? I beritahu ni... percayalah... sambil gelak besar". Me diam seribu bahasa.... sebab dia cakap dah merepek2 and me malas nak layan dia. Then, we all pergi tengok movie dan me still ingat apa dia cakap tu, terbukti SALAH but me still ingat apa yang me baca dalam satu buku "Healing with the Medicine of the Prophet" takde kaitan pun dengan dia cakap tu... tentang sopak and the food combinations. Silly me... Then, dah nak balik... the cakap apa... "Hai Cik Adik... dah habis berfikir ke? I was joking sajelah with the sopak and the food combinations tu. Percaya sangat". Me yang takde mood... "Jahat you ni kan? Sbb macam tahu2 je I fikir apa..."

I was blushed and senyap je with my friends sampai balik rumah...
