    eat clean ni.. kita mkn natural food... x leh mkn process food.. bahan paket yg mengandungi bahan kimia atau senang kata , bahan dlm tin, paket dimana ada lebih  dr 3-5 ingredients..mcm perencah2 instant tu.. kiub2 yg ada msg... roti.. sos2...benda2 yg dikilangkan.. ada makanan yg dikilangkan boleh dikategorikan sebagai clean, tp kurang dr 3- 5 bahan la.. kalau lebih dh dikategorikan sbg x clean

boleh mkn benda2 mcm ikan, daging,ayam, sayur, buah...bahan bergoreng guna minyak yang sihat..masak sendiri la senang cite...
nak mudah kukus, bakar.. atau mkn secara raw..

   makan kerap tu dh ok... tp kalau makan oat .. dan apa2 melibatkan 3 in 1... mmg sgt X OK... 3 in 1 ni kebanyakkannya.. atau saya kata semuanya ( walau marketing kat packaging tu tulis fitness atau healthy... x leh pakaiiiiii...) sbb apa? high sugar and carbs!!!!  elok mkn benda lain yg lebih natural atau awak siapkan sendiri makanan tu.. tiap hidangan yg di ambil, pastikan ada protein... serat..

setelah 2 hari berhempas pulas.. berat back on track . may be water retention.. minggu lps makan garam terlebih...maklumlah lina kalau makan mangga pelam ni, suka cicah garammmmm!! ohhh baddd habit!!  high carbs pun bleh tahan...tp dpt recover sikit.. Alhamdulillah....

turun sikit je...  apapun, puas hati sbb 2-3 hari lps berat pusing2 1-2kg naiknya....recover smlm elok2... harini dpt la result mcm ni... esok lusa turun lg kot...x leh nak recover 1-2 hari je kan... hihi

puas hati gak sbb minggu lps bodyfat% 35.4%.  tp minggu ni bodyfat turun 34.3%. satu penurunan yg byk... sebulan lebih gak la dok kat area 35% tu je.. hmmm mungkin sbb swing2 dumbbell...wat weight...

minggu dpn cecah zone merah.....

berat terkini : 57.6kg
