semua peniaga dah jadi millionair, tinggal siapa nak jadi pekerja??

kalau sendiri tak kuat, jangan blame orang lain....cina buat business pun banyak
guling tikar...business is very difficult! cina, melayu atau india semua serupa, but reward is great!

soal supply control by chinese tak masuk akal...ini dah internet age, apa benda you nak cari pun boleh dapat...
information is so transparent..kalau sendiri tak pandai sourcing, buka yellowpages,
alibaba, globalsources...satu dunia punya suppliers anda boleh import...tak limited tu single local distributor

you need to have negotiation skill & volumn, kalau tak either one, you dun expect supplier buta buta turun harga

Aku cina hahaha dan I nak tambah 1 point.

Melayu --> Copycat banayak, x creative dan inovatif dlam perniagaan. Nampak 1 kedai jual tomyam, lepas tu lain semua bukak kedai tomyam bertimbun timbun. Same goes to mini stalls, groceries etc etc. Look at chinese opens up business. Just take a walk along Jonker streets / pasar malam. You will notice VARIETIES. Many CHOICES for customers to choose from. Even if Jonker street are filled with Malay businesses, what can they sell? The same typical tomyam, keropok leko, nasi lemak, all these kind of food. Its basically the SAME thing we can find everywhere. Lack of attraction = Less customers = Lesser notoriety and land demand --> Failure in market outlook. Do you think Jonker street will be as popular without the business created by these people? Petaling street? Funny part is that Malay used to own these lots, and ended up selling to chinese businessman when they couldnt self-sustain. Who to blame?

This context also applies to outside F&B. Look around for plumbers, aircond fixers, mechanics, electricians, house renovators, prop agents, insurance agents, maid services, massage, etc etc etc, all are dominated by chinese. Why? Cuz we learn outside the typical education curriculum. I know Malay only prefer to finish school asap and land a gomen job and feel relaxed with life, thus fails to master these vocational skills. Chinese get richer and richer from these, NOT AT THE EXPENSE of the malays. But sadly chinese are to be blamed most of time. Well, plus what UMNO has done to your own people for 50+ years, even sad to see. ATTITUDE = SUCCESS.

Tu lah pasal. Skarang informasi di hujung jari jer. Cuma nak ker tak jer. Itulah mentaliti bangau oh bangau. Taknak mengaku kesilapan sendiri tak reti berniaga, org lain disalahkan.
