gen...ni ema dh dapat scan n upload dah

ni borang yg mula2 dia isikan utk ema lps ema dh set ...

Maaf ler sbb ana x ikuti dr awal dan x baca dr awal, my bads tp nk gak komen
Ok nk tanya how much actually the purchase price? Dan brp yg dibubuh dlm s & p tu?
Then again nk tanya legal fees sapa yg byr?
Sbb notes yg bawah so clear state tt the 5% discount to be paid to loyer. Selain tt 5% discount ada x bukti lain ?
Ni ana cuma bg pendapat dr apa yg ana faham dan nmpk
Nak tanya gak ema cuma tepek satu doc jer kan sbb ana cuma nmpk yg tu jer.

aah...satu dokumen tu ja ema tepek...apa mksud 'to use 5% bumi disc for legal fees' tu ana?
ema xpenah amik tahu lak....

peguam semua ema baya sndiri....ema pi byr cash...xde kaitan ngn loan n pemaju.....

isau la pulak ana..mmg silap ema ngn akk..x baca abis2 pasal sume ni...sain je...
tapi si calvin tu,mmg manisssssssssss sgt mulut...sbnrnya ema amik rumah ni sbb mak sedara ema xlepas loan utk amik....dia sanggup gak tau tunggu mak sedara ema almost setahun duk urus kan loan...kira mmg baikla org kata..
x sangka lak yg kami ni 'diperbodohkan'.....

wahh pantas ini eheh.. ema mksd dia.. 5% bumi diskaun yg dia bg kt ema untuk buat bayaran legal..

tp ema kata legal ema byr sndrik kan?? takkan legal nak trima dua byran satu dari ema satu dari developer

gen rasa ema kene clearkan dgn legal firm tunjukkan surat byaran ema yg ema dah langsaikan dan tanya mana bayaran yg developer dah buat pd legal firm tuh..

so kalo developer tak byr lagik.. mohon tuntut 5& diskaun tuh.. sbb tu dah jadik hak kita...

gen...betul ke tu...maknanya dia saja buat alasan 5% tu utk bayaran peguam sbb tu dia suruh wat full loan tak tolak diskaun tu? sebab pemaju nak amik duit tu ke?adoi...la ni cmna ye gen....ema kene bgtahu psl remarks kat borang tu pd loyer ke?
ptutla loyer kata dia xtau apa2 psl diskaun tu....xde rekod dlm fail ema kat opis dia...
lagi satu....si calvin tu yg decide semua benda....dia yg kata kalau nk baya sendiri duit loyer lagi senang....nnti diskaun tu dpt bersih kat kitorg.....

krn nk baya duit loyer bagai la ema pi buat loan 20k tau

adoiii buat loan lagik 20K sbb dia dah tulis kt resit tuh yg 5% diskaun yg dia bg kt ema tuk bayaran loyer.. so ema kata ema dah bayar kan? jadik secara lojiknya msti la dia tak byr kt loyer dan dia guna duit 5% ema dan untuk rolling modal dia..

ema kene mntk balek kemukakan surat yg ema tepek tuh.. dia sign kita sign.. kemukakan gak resit byaran loyer yg ema dah buat.. dia kene pulangkan sbb tu duit ema..

klu ada ema just tunjukkan bukti kat developer then mintak explaination, there's no such thing of a letter as what calvin told u if ema dah bayar legal fees kat loyer, it's so clear yg calvin dalangnya
jadi ema confront dgn developer terus mintak diaorg explain kenapa yg utk diskaun tue ditulis cenggitu walhal legal fees ema dah bayar straight pada loyer, xkan ada double billing and payment pulak
for that loyer ema boleh counter check to verify the situation, klu loyer confirm x terima apa2 dr developer which they sld't then ema leh bertempik kat developer utk clear all the mess

baya kat loyer dekat 4k....kebetulan kereta ema dah kena tuka keempat2 tayar + waktu tu family nak pi bercuti...tu yg ema wat loan 20k tu

maknanya ema mmg dh terkena la kan...langsung x ambik pot pasal remarks tu...sedihla kenapa dia buat mcmni.....

mmg kena berdepanla kan dgn si calvin tu....

ana bagi pilihan kat ema
samada berdepan dgn calvin atau dgn developer meanings bahagian sales dan akaun
then tunjuk bukti yg calvin tulis tue plus bukti resit legal fees yg dah dibayar
kdg kala org cam calvin nie ada je yg jadi conmannya
so ema mmg xde pilihan klu nak balik wit tue kena fight terus2an
xleh nak settle ke tribunal pengguna terus

semua dh abis,masuk bank islam + tabung aji + asb....pstu baya utang mak...+ duit loyer + taya kete...licin..hehe
tu yg awal2 dulu ema de tnya perlu ke ema buat loan lgi..berat jgk nak menanggung ni...

ema kene pi berdepan kan baru dpt setel..kan
