Not her fault lah... cuma dia patut jgn delete email previous2 saper yg forward kat dier email tu. So kita bleh track back saper yg buat citer tu. Aku cuma ada evacuation procedure jer... berbeza procedure Capt, co-pilot, P1, P2, P3, & P4. Ko nk yg mana punyer?

Aku nak Evacuation checklist dari 737 Flight Crew Operation Manual by Boeing tuh.. tapi version Air Asia punya ada tak~???

Ok berita terkini,

Tadi kawan aku kat Penang tipon aku. Dia cakap dia terima email yg kapal 9M-AAP crash kat KLIA pada 12th oktober plak?!?!?!??!?!? Nasib baik dier tipon aku, dier nak warning aku jgn balik PEN naik flight. Aiseh, siap aku explain kat dier yg email tu email fitnah dan dah citerkan cerita sebenar. Dier pun dapat gak email tipu nih... aku rasa mcm nak cari je saper yg buat citer nih. Ganyang dia cukup2... bulan2 posa pun bleh buat fitnah ker?

Why nak dekat2 raya ni nak takut2 kan orang naik AirAsia? Tetiba jer aku terasa mcm konspirasi teori jer... Aperpun rezeki datang hasil dari menjatuhkan rezeki org lain takkan kekal lama...

aku dah tgk sebahagian dari 22 episod yg mofarby@paan copykan untuk aku..
tq mof...mane ko mof  ilang lame xmasuk..

stakat nih aku teruja tgk episod yg DHL n ape ntah berlanggar kat udara..
ade byk sbb la..sampaikan org yg bertugas kat ATC masa tuh kene bunuh kemudiannya mungkin sbb ade
sorg bapak bdk yg mati dlm nahas tuh  balas dendam...xbaik..bukan salah dier sgt...

On 4th October 1992, El Al Israel Cargo flight 1862 took off from Amsterdam, Holland. A few minutes after take off, both right engines of the 747 sheared off. The captain controlled the aircraft for a further 8 minutes. Suddenly, the plane turned right violently and smashed onto an apartment building killing 43 people.

best aaa eps ni.. aku suka tgk crash yg pasal mechanical failure....
kurang minat yg crash pasal kesalahan pilot....

second eps yg paling best lak... yg JAL 123 ....the worst single-aircraft disaster in history, and the second-worst aviation accident of all time, second only to the Tenerife disaster....  ni crash pasal salah rivet aft bulkhead

kalo pasal JAl 123 tuh..kat youtube ade simulation gune flight sim pasal crash tuh..
dengan rakaman suara pilotnye..huuu..saat akhir derunk..
satu lagi pasal half of the roof b737 tercabut terus..kat hawaii...tapi selamat landing..mujur..
aku yg tgk plak berdebar..
..
pasal kelalaian mechanic..tingkat kokpit pecah dan sebagainya..dasyat..
berisiko betol keje airlines nih..semua level penting.

bab yg derunk siasat aku suke tgk.

ni la movie miracle landing tuh kan?
masa kekecik dulu aku ingatkan airplane takkan crash..... sebab bapak aku ckp tak crash... kena tipu time bebudak..
tapi sejak tgk movie tuh... baru tau yg airplanes leh crash ... heheheh
sejak dari itu...cuak dan bertaubat sebelum naik airplane....

semalam aku naik flight dari KLIA... dah ler flight delayed sebab ujan lebat..

lepas take off tue flight gegar2... budak yg duk row aku dah bising... makcik yg duk sebelah aku mulut kumat kamit jer... baca apa2 yang patut....

ngeri ahh... tak pernah kena air turbulence cam tue... even kalau lalu taiwan masa typhoon pun tak rasa camnie...
aku terbayang jer.... during air srash cam ni la agaknya keadaannya.... :kant:

aku sebelum naik tue dah baca dah doa semua... pastu aku memang selalu zikir pun.... tapi semalam memang aku rasa tawakkal jer.. kalau kata dah sampai ajal.. aku redha.. harapnya aku mati masa tgh berzikir..... :kant:

Nie nak komen pasal JAL 123 crash tu...pesawat yg Boeing 747-100SR tu memang  pesawat sepecial....hanya ada beberapa bijik aje ..semuanya berkhidmat di Jepun dulu...sebab dia carry all economy class (520 Punumpang) utk domestik flight ...kat Jepun , JAL dan ANA selalu guna all economy flights utk domestik , sebab nak angkut penumpang yg ramai dari satu bandar ker bandar lain, kebanyakan penerbangan hanya 1 jam lebih.....orang Jepun gunakan pesawat utk pergi dan balik kerja setiap hari...cuba bayangkan kalau kat meisa, naik pesawat tiap2 hari kalau nak ker tempat kerja... sekarang JAL dan ANA masih mengunakan 747 SR, tapi versi 300SR..pesawat2 nie akan digantikan dengan Boeing 777 dengan all economy class seating.....



Anyway...

Actually pilot2 JAL tu memang patut dipuji kerana masih cuba utk controlkan pesawat yg memang sepatutnya tak dapt diselamatkan atau control lagi ( hilang vertical stabilier)..tapi masih juga mereka mencuba...akhirnya pesawat itu terlanggar tanah tinggi selepas beberapa minit kat udara....

Nie satu gambar yg diambil oleh seorang amauter menunjukan minute2 terakhir pesawat..cuba tgk sayap tegak kat belakang ( veritcal stabilizer) dah hilang...



Punca Accident ini.....

The cause of the crash according to the official report published by the Japanese Aircraft and Railway Accidents Investigation Commission, is as follows:

1.The aircraft was involved in a tailstrike incident at Itami Airport on June 2, 1978, which damaged the aircraft's rear pressure bulkhead.

The subsequent repair performed by Boeing was flawed. Boeing's procedures called for a doubler plate with two rows of rivets to cover up the damaged bulkhead, but the engineers fixing the aircraft used two doubler plates with only one row of rivets. This reduced the part's resistance to metal fatigue by 70%.

2. Boeing had calculated that this incorrect installation would only make the plane last 10,000 take-offs, but the plane had accomplished 12,319 take-offs after the installation of the new plate and before the final accident.

3.When the bulkhead gave way, it ruptured the lines of all four hydraulic systems. With the aircraft's control surfaces disabled, the aircraft was uncontrollable.

Aftermath

1.Japan Airlines accepted partial responsibility for the disaster because the tail had been making intermittent whistling noises (suggesting a flaw in the fuselage) for years without action by company maintenance personnel.

2.The President of Japan Airlines resigned. Several higher- and lower-ranking employees (including the Chief Engineer) of Japan Airlines committed suicide in the aftermath. The Boeing engineer who was in charge of the repair of the rear bulkhead in 1978 also committed suicide.

Sayang..selepas crash yg mengakibat ramai terbunuh..masih juga ada kematian selepas incident ini...mungking mereka rasa sangat bersalah dan depress mengetahui kegagalan mereka menjalankan tugas yg baik telah mengorbangkan 500 orang...
