actually xder tips pon. I jenis x lapar tapi suka mkn.

so lately I mkn hanya bila lapar jer. tu pon I mkn nasi sikit. if nk mkn sedap, I puasa a day before.

I timbang hari2. setiap masa. If I rasa naik sikit, then I cepat2 kurang mkn.

I sgt suka pastries tau. So I bgtu my children, jgn beli dah pastries unless I teringin.

But since balik kg, I naik tau sb my DIL masak hari2.

I know I pun jenis suka sangat mkn but I control which is very hard tapi sb nak pakai baju cantik and also bila i naik berat I jadi penat, mengah mcm tu. Macam malas nak bangun. Bila kurus i rasa bdn ringan
