choc cheese kek...





resepi...

atas:
250 g cream cheese philadelphia
100 g kastor sugar
1 s/b gelatin halal @ 2/sb serbuk agar2
200 ml whipping cream
cadbury choc bar(dicairkan)
air panas

base:
biskut marrie
butter or planta


cara2:

base:
hancurkan biskut marrie and gaulkan dengan butter or planta then buatkan \base die...
tekap smpi bskut mari n butter tu melekat...
letak dlm fridge

atas:
1.cream cheese n kastor sugar dipukul sampi kembang
2. masukkan elatin halal or serbuk agar2 yang dilarutkan dalam air panas
3. masukkan whipping cream
4. masukkan choc cadbury yang dicairkan ke dalam adunan tu sekali... sebatikan adunan choc n cheese tesebut...
kalau nk bagi ade pusaran pada adunan, xperlu gaul sebati aduan tu...

then letak dalam bekas yg ade base td... sejukkan...

selalu azz wat malam, supaya pg boleh terus makn...

choc cadbury tu azz cairkan dalam microwave, letak choc bar n butter sikit...

then bakar dalam microwave 150 seconds or less, tp jgn bg smpi hangit... then kacaukan...

then le[as dah sejuk, hias ikut cr sendrii...

pagi tadi haku wat creamy cheesecake...
haku main tibai jer bahan2 dia kekdahnya,,,
takde ikut specific recipe..

nota kaki: recipe ni utk half normal portian jer..utk full portion sila double kan bahan2 nye.

250gm cream cheese
1/2 cup gula
2 biji kuning telur
essense vanilla around 1 tsp
1/2 cup cream (any cream will do, normally org campur normal cream dan sour cream but haku masuk normal cream jer)

putar kan cream cheese ngan gula sampai jadi creamy then masukkan kuning telur, vanilla essense, dan cream tadi...
kacau la sampai sebati...

utk base haku guna oat dan butter(rasanya lagi sedap dan senang guna oat utk base...kalau rjain boleh tambah badam yg di mesin or any kind nuts kat base tu bersama oat.)
aku guna oat sbb malas nak hancurkan biskut lagipun nak feeling2 rasa mcm marble cheesecake kat secret recipe itu yg sememangnye my fav cheesecake

dha base pun siap segala...tuang ka adunan cheese tadi  kat dlm loyang yg buat base dia tadi...
bakar for like 50mins dgn suhu around 150 degree celcius...tpai tgk jugak la kalau atas tu mcm ala2 dah nak hangit stop la oven...cheesecake takper sbb later we chill jerk utk keraskan dan dia takde konsep kek tak naik or something sbb takde masuk tepung segala

bear in mind this recipe mmg tak sesuai utk keluarga yg besar, kena double kan bahan2 yg aku serta kan tadi kalau nak buat makan ramai2..

wa... syoknye masuk sini. td g giant, ha beli philly cream cheese. aiyak.... tekezut tgk regenye... last buat cheese cake 5 taun dulu.... ni teruja tgk sifu2 pye cake. ha nak buat next week kot..... pinjam water_lily pye resepi.... buleh ye yang......

ari tu haku beli philly cream cheese RM6.50 jah..tapi kedai barang2 bakery tuh repackage sendiri lah...
banyak boleh save tuh kannn? almost half gitu banding ngan beli sepaket2, if i;'m not mistaken rega philly cream cheese tu around rm10-12 kan skang??

cotton cheese cake...with blueberry topping..walaupon rupanya tak semengah..rasanya best! BIG HIT kat office tadi...terpaksa guna loyang yg tak sesuai coz xder loyang 8" tu...bake biasa tak guna teknik waterbath..takde tools sesuai...so jadi hangit sikit...
