yup betul.......kelebihan kita hanya pada "diskaun" yang kononnya khas utk bumiputra.  most of developer ada cara sendiri nak bagi diskaun kat bangsa lain jugak. cuma kita yang tertipu, bukan semualah cuma segelintir. tentang quality, bukan utk lot bumi, selalunya lot bumi dia hanya ikut kuota, tapi tanah rezab melayu lain, yang ini kalau kita beli memang kita kena jual kat bumi je, tak sama ngan lot bumi kita boleh jual kat sapa2 pun lepas tu. tentang harga selalunya valuation yang akan tentukan property tu boleh kaut untung banyak mana.

betul tu Mimpi.. maklum la masa tu I dgn hubby pakai jeans & t-shirt je.. yg sakit hati tu yg jaga booth tu 'org kita', bukannya ca ya nun alif pun.. even ca ya kat Nusaputra punya booth tu pun layan kitaorg ok jer..  

tapi Mayang Sari ni cepat la siap, 12 months ahead kalau tak silap.. now siap dah dpt CF lagi.. maklum la developer dia TTDI.. ada kabel baik punya dgn relevant authorities..

Nikai, u better check betul2 whether u can sell lot bumi to non-bumi.. coz my fren baru ni ada nak jual rumah dia kat sg. buloh, masa beli tu dia ambik diskaun bumi, then ada India ni nak beli, bila forward the documents to developer (for consent), developer kata rumah dia lot bumi and kena jual to bumi shj.. end up dia jual kat melayu with slightly less price..  but of course la by that time the price dah appreciates.. so tak kisah la kalau jual murah sikit pun kat melayu..

betul neisya masa nak pilih lot rumah dia siap tunjuk yg lot bumi masih ada pastu tunjuk lot lot bumi tu, mcm yg misy cakap tu...
maybe developer ni tipu x tahu la.. nasib tak jadi beli...

misy, itu kalau rumah kat projek perumahan yg dah lama kot, maybe cuma tinggal lot bumi je yg tak terjual.. and of course yg tak terjual tu location dia tak best coz org lain dah choose yg best2.. so conclusionnya u kena beli kat projek yg baru so that u boleh choose unit mana yg u nak beli, as in my case.

neisya, gambar rumah tu ada I paste kat page blkg2 kalau u nak tengok.. tak tau la org lain suka ke tidak design camtu, but me & hubby suka.. build up rumah tu 2828 sf.. ikut jadual bulan 8 ni siap kot..

kena check lot bumi yang diaorang cakp tu ada chop kat geran tak, kalau ada sorrylah.....ada yang promotion je lot bumi, tapi geran clear....ini very the ok

kalau geran clear toksah cakap la, selamat! yg buat leceh nak mintak consent to transfer tu, makan masa sikit.. land ofis shah alam skrg dah ada improvement.. dah cepat sikit compare to dulu..

sebenarnya benda tu senang je, cuma developer tu buat leceh, sebab diorang tak ade kepentingan lagi kat property, setakat admin fees berapa sangat :nerd::nerd:

Airis..besar betul built up 2828?..ni macam semi D dah yer...RM352k..tapi amadeus belum mampu lagi..kena kumpul duit dulu lah! ...ada gambar ke?...nak kena selak blkg2 ni yang lemah sikit...

alamak Civic, u tanya pasal rumah yg I beli tu ke? kalau rumah yg tu macamana ler nak transfer, individual title pun belum keluar lagi.. hehehe..

actually I selalu handle sale and purchase for my company, so tau la sikit2 sana sini hehehhe.. kalau u pakai lawyer, tak payah nak sign depan DO, lawyer tu akan witness your signature.. kalau nak buat sendiri boleh la bawak document tu sign depan DO..
