berat last week = 84.5kg.......berat pagi tadi...83.5kg........turn 1kg je...

wow berjln sakan..ni under travel or company??mana tak turun weight??jeles2...u pernah pegi bali...i suka sgt tgk mthari terbenam..ada cuba pecel leleh & ayam penyek.....i suka sgt dgn sambal dia..i jika tidak bawa bekal dari rumah..i mkn 2 pilihan ni ia lengkap dgn fiber,protein,carb..

tak turun byk awak kata.. dari 71 ke 58 tu byk cabaran dah tempuhi tu..

kalau pakai baju yg suit dgn badan kecik skrg mesti nampak beza.. ni pakai baju yg sama tak nampak sgt hehe

cth makanan yg bagus utk selepas exercise; protein shake, susu, telur, roti + peanut butter

makan dlm tempoh sejam selepas senam sebab otot tgh dalam mode 'super saiya' jadi dia nak makanan cepat utk recovery





no, i'm not kidding.. lepas senam mmg metabolisma kita tinggi n otot kita nak 'makanan' utk replenish balik tenaga yg dah digunakan.. tu kira mode saiyan la tu

  sy pun ada gastrik...
tak leh biarkan perut lapar nanti gastrik tanpa segan silu dtg..

sapa kata nak kurus tak boleh makan...

nak kurus kena makan..tapi makan y berkauliti...

tgk sarapan u pun dah tau sure bosan hidup hari2 mkn oat jer...

oat adalah karbo semata2... utk sarapan pastikan ada karb, protein, sikit fat n sayur/buah..

utk sarapan, lunch n dinner makan semua group makanan....

pastu selitkan 2 snack... pasti tak de gastrik...

pastikan senam... kalu diet jer tapi tak senam jgn mimpi la nak dpt berat idaman...
