laaa kak liza,, janji apa ye...pagi tadi meow bekpess pun wat pizza roti sandwich gaks...tapi meow tak potong tepi dia pun...heheh base pizza masih ada belen dia..tinggai 1 lagi...tapi besor daaa...yg makan pun omak ngan meow aje...lagipun asben pi kursus. Nak kasi jiran2 & sedaramara...seme dah selalu sangat merasa...segan plak nak kasi selalu kang cakap meow ni perasan plak...hehehe...begitule kaedahnya..
woooo manyaknya cheese kak liza taruh...:kunyah:nyamnyam

ni pizza nye...

yg ni lom dibakar..


bakar pun sekejap aje dalam 15-17 minit aje
dah dibakar...

mini pizza tu boleh tahan 2/3 ari je....kalau bakar kering..tak de lembap2...sbb tu selepas
dibakar trus angkat letak kat tray yg besi tu...supaya wap panas dia hilang...kalau pizza tu tak
diangkat dari dulang pembakar tu nanti pizza berwap bwhnye..dan tentu dia lembap dan
senang basi...lagi bagus packing beg plastik yg berasingan..mcm nak meniaga la plak..
senang nak makan/tapau/simpan...nak buat frozen pun senang...siap packing..dah sejuk
letak peti ais beku..

lagi satu yg membuatkan tahan lama kat kedai tu sbb aircond..janji jgn plastik tu berkuap..
kalau kat umah tak yah tunggu lama...slurrrpppp....

resepinya...nak yaa..yeh..yeh..tak malu...tak malu....mak nengok niiii...


600 gm   high protien
18   gm   instant yeast
120  gm  gula pasir
23   gm    milk powder
9    gm     salt
6     gm    bread improver
300 ml     air
1     nos    egg
60   gm    butter
30   gm   shortening   



kalau anggaran 50 gm doh boleh dapat 17/18 doh base pizza....

kak liza kenapa kiter punyer roti tak jd cam pizza hut punyer...mcm tak masak pun ader jugak....kiter dah ikut sukatan yg kak liza bg tp x jadi....adakah disebabkan kiter uli tak lama atau sbb2 lain. Pastu roti kiter warna putih jer, tak jadi kuning???

try resepi kak liza..tp wat half adunan jek..dpt 2 keping..hmm..pastu kte terbakar lme..so..kering dah sos dia..mula2 bakar roti 10 min..pastu ltak sos+inti bakar 14 min..lme sgt..next time nk kurangkan jd 10min mse bakar inti tu ok ka kak liza?

pasal roti tu putih jer pun mcm sy gak....
roti sy dari sblum hingga lepas masak maintin putih gebu walaupun dlmnya masak....tak mcm kat piza hut....knapa ya??sy guna oven lama yg cermin bulat kat atas tu ja....tolong...~~

memang uli roti..pizza kena lama sikit..
sampai adunan tu macam elastik gitu..
kalau bakat api oven tu bawah saja mmglah macm warna putih jer....
so sebaiknya gunakan api atas bawah...

jangan mudah putus asa..cuba lagi yer...

aritu kkliza p tenguk demo masak pizza [aceli demo uli pizza gunakan mesin NOXXA B/Maker]..
depa bakar inti pizza tanpa keju dulu..
dah last 5 minit nak masak tu keluarkan pizza dan parut keju mozzarella..
then bake for another 4 minit..
so mmg nampak keju tu bertali-tali.....

memang pizza akan masak..
tapi kegaringan permukaan pizza  base bahagian permukaan tu kurang berbanding dengan bahagian bawah..
sebab pizza adalah tergulong dalam kategori roti..

kakliza bakar kek atau biskut pun gunakan api bawah sahaja...

tadi sya buat pizza kak noor..cuma satu je silap...masa pas canai tak tutup dgn cling film or kain so dia jadi cam berkerak bila bakar..tak lembut..but isi dlam lembut la...cuma berkerak aje..jap agi sya download gmbonya...

kak liza,
piza memang kena sapu minyk or butter ke after canai?

ni gambar doh pizza yg kita jemur sb sini tak panas cam msia so kena jemur luar bru dpt matahari yg terik..

ni gambar before bakar(sorryle..designnye..sesuka ati aje..terlebih tebal..

ni gambar after masak


tapi intinya main bantai aje sb tak prepare takut base tak jadi so wat rugi aje...

try buat pizza ari ni... tapi tak leh nak makan..

bila dah bakar keras macam batu   kenapa eh ???

pas tu hangittttttttttt lak tu.. arghhhhhhh tension aku

sudahnya cik tong yg telan pizza tu..

nyesal tak guna kak liza nya resepi...
