slmt pg sifu2 cheese cake...

last weekend del try lg wat cheese cake untuk gathering kawan2 forum gak.. kitorg wat pot luck.. so del saje bg promosi cheese cake yg del buat.. hhehehe semua kata sedap.. (suka.. suka) hehehe

tp del nak tnya sket, mcm maner nak bg dia kurang rasa creamy? del buat ikut resepi oreo cheesecake sempoi... tak pasti sape punyer resepi.. rasa resepi tu yg paling mudah... tp sayangnyer tak dpt tepek gmbr kat cni... tak dan nk ambik... hehehehe

ada sape2 boleh tolong jwbkan tak?

kalau yg jem kena cairkan sket..utk topping takpa..
kalau filling tak seswai guna jem..baik guna yg dalam tin atau beli kat bakery supplier..

saya penah wat oreo ciskek jenis chilled..
kalau jenis chilled..mmg mcm creamy skett..
depa yg makan kata mcm mkn kek aiskrim..
kalau ciskek lain..if nak cut rasa creamy tu..letak jus lemon..
tapi utk ciskek oreo..saya tak berani nk kata letak lemon..
takut kang tak ngam dgn rasa oreo tuu..

dulu pernah cuba recipe oreo cheesecake yang campur sour cream...... tapi yang ni jenis bakar..... not too creamy tapi cheesenya only 2 buku cheese saja......

malam ni plan nak buat oreo cheesecake tapi jenis chilled campur white chocolate; if rajin.......

yg ciskek saya buat ni, yg jenis bakar... tu rasa cheesy sgt.. heheh mkn sket jek da muak.. tp mesti nk ulang lg mkn dan mkn.. hehhehehe...

rindu rasa nak wat cheesecake tapi la ni barang2 kek naik harga tul.
dulu butter leh dpt RM2.99, then naik RM3.20.. baru2 ni RM4.20.

cream cheese philadelphia masa memula buat cheesecake leh dpt RM6.40, then naik RM7.40, pastu Rm9.80... la ni RM11.90 utk yg 250g.

hmmm... skg lagi dasyat.. dua2 supermarket Billion n The Store langsung tak jual dah philly cream cheese..

nampaknya nak kena pegi redah cari bakery supplier la plak ni..

terpaksa postpone le nampaknya projek membaking cheesecake..

anyone bole bgtau tak apa beza rasa cream cheese cap anchor dengan philadelphia ni? tak dapat ku bezakan rasanya ... mcm serupa je. cream cheese anchor selalu dijual dlm pek 1kg harga rm32.00. phili pulak 250g rm11.++
selalu beli anchor je nk murah dan jimat

pernah juga guna anchor..

my opinion, kalo cream cheese ni nak buat cheesecake.. not much different la coz buat cheesecake ni apart from cream cheese, ada bahan2 lainnya yg kita add up. so rasanya akan blended dgn other combined ingredients..

but kalo nak wat tiramisu.. i would prefer philly more than other brand of cream cheese coz to me, philly lebih creamier n rasanya memang sedap la sket hehe..
ntahla different people different taste-bud kan..very subjective..

water lily, kalau kat tmpt i ni, philly jek 250 gm kat supplier rm11.90.. kalau giant rm10.9.. so nk mkn ciskek ni kena tgu balik jb weekend, supllier sana murah sket, 500 gm baru rm16.. dpt la jimat sket... ada 1 supplier tu dia jual 500gm+ baru rm14... mahal tul ... bantut jap projek

Mango Moussecake Recipe

Mango Moussecake is something that I would like to introduce to you. It may not be new and maybe common but I really adore them as it is creamy, fragrant and juicy! In Malaysia we have various type of mangoes and plentyful too. So I had this baked over the weekday.


Ingredients

Cake Base and Cake Top
Cake sponge about 12mm thick.

Mango Mousse
Whipping cream 280gm
Mango puree 100gm
Mango syrup(Monin) 15ml
Egg white 50gm
Granulated sugar 35gm
Gelatin leaf 3envelopes

Puree Jelly Topping
Mango Puree 100gm
Gelatin Leaf 1.5envelopes

Decoration
Mango 1 thick piece
Dark chocolat button 60gm

Method
Make the mango mousse
Whisk egg white until foamy. Then, add in granulated sugar gradually and whisk until soft peak form.
Whisk whipping cream and gradually add in mango syrup until soft peak form.
Pour mango puree into the whipping cream and fold well with a rubber spatula.
Fold meringue into mango mixture and gently fold well.
Pour in metled gelatin into the mango mixture and gently fold.
Lay the cake based onto the baking tray.
Pour the mango mousse into the baking tray, place the top layer sponge and refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours.

Melt gelatin into the hot mango puree. Cool it down until 50C to puree jelly. Pour it over the top.
Evenly scatter the mango balls on the top and refrigerate for half an hour. Lastly, decorate the cake with chocolate ornaments.


This is not a difficult dessert to make, I am sure with my guide you will able to charm your guests, they will be in for a little delite!

saya nk tanya tokeh2 & sifu2 cheese cake kt sini, brp biasanya u all jual cotton soft japanese cheese cake tu sebiji ?  tiba2 ramai plk yg order cheese cake tu dr saya tapi saya tak sure brp harge yg reasonable.  saya dah cuba kira based on tips yg Diana dah bagi dulu tu, tp rasa cam mahal la plk....

kos bahan mentah je saya kira ada dlm rm20 utk sebiji kek 8".  kalau ikut guide Diana, harga jual dlm rm50... tak mahal sgt ke ?
