Diploma memang dah taraf2 sampah je sekarang, dekkkkk.... No offence dekkkk.... Akak pun pemegang diploma jua..... Dekkkk.....

Cubalah pi mintak keja di syarikat2 cina..kilang2 n syarikat multinasional yg 50% ke atas administrator n high key position cina...cakap la nk starting gaji 3500 ... nak tengok jugak korang bakal kena hamun camana nanti

Audit firm kat big 4 first entry je rm2.7k.keje mcm nak mati. Cukup 3 thn bole blah masuk tmpt lain. Bole demand gaji:zz

kalau keyel, normal la. takan mau  expenses gi kerja > gaji kut..  kalau nak gi sana sini guna duit pocket sendiri dan kalau minyak rm50 sehari takan nak gaji 2k kut .. mau mau 7k. baru sedap.

Wajar sangat. Sekarang USD1 = RM4.3 kot. Ooo time jual barang, harga mau setarakan dengan USD, tapi bila bab memberi gaji..

experience tak bermakna ko tau semua benda.
aku hangin je dgn manusia yg duk ratib experience.
aku ni kira golongan fresh grad gaji tinggi. mmg expectation dr boss2 sgt tinggi, colleagues lagi la. ye aku lack of experience but still can prove my ability by knowledge and leadership. strategies dan problem solving, critical thinking pun bisa. untuk permulaan kerjaya, ko boleh tunjuk dr cara ko manage 5S dan segala mess yg ditinggalkan orang sebelum kau.

haramjadah btul spesis ratib experience tu maha penentu kerja.

masalahnya sekarang, klu majikan offer gaji RM1500 pun ada yg ambik.. bagi RM1200 pun ada yg sanggup..

cuba la memasing jgn layan, set the standard.. kalau degree keje kerajaan gaji + elaun boleh dpt 3k, so memana company yg offer bawah tu takde sapa ambik..

tell your self, kalau dengan kelulusan sekian2 tapi gaji tak sepadan, baik aku meniaga mengkayakan diri sendiri daripada mengkayakan majikan yg cekik darah.. rasanya at the end majikan akan terpaksa ikut harga pasaran..

don't worry la. pi amik memana training dulu. ko keje part time mekdi pun, apply engineer nanti dia tanya how can u relate with ur application? ujung2 ratib able to work in shift, can handle stress. zaman skang employer kuat pusing soklan

ramai je yg experience tapi bila kene rotate department within company je namun byk benda juga kene blaja. yg bagusnya udah tau etika dan profesionalisme. cara nak communicate. cara nak follow up certain things. cara nak push org. tu je

tak apa mintak gaji tinggi. namun kene btul2 la tunjukkan ko worth it.
masa interview ko study la company profile. apa dia buat,apa kelebihan dia dr pesaing dia.
jgn la kasi jawapan stereotype. forecast the question. be prepared.
the top must-ask question.
1. tell me about urself. (jgn merapu cite mak ayah,skola mana) make it short yet compact with details.
2. why should we hire u.

3. 5 years goal. ( pls avoid ckp nak sambung blaja)
4. weaknesses and strength. ( tang weakness tu ckp weakness dan apa ko punya ways to overcome)
resume kasi kuat tang skills dan strength biarpun sehelai je bila print gara2 tarak pengalaman. stand out from the crowd.

u got so many ways to impress ur potential employer. ni tips la utk rakan2 sebaya yg risau soal pngalaman ni. aku apply jwtn junior exec yg requires minimum two years experience yet aku freshies je dulu. jgn jadi takut. make ur move.
