while i don't expect this goon to understand the mechanics of currency intervention to the very details of it, but i do expect him to have a semblance of common sense...
that is to be able to differentiate between purposely managing the currency to be as weak as possible as a way to boost export-driven economy, and a free fall of a currency due to so many negative factors that are in play, with the economy is in a sorry state as well.
some central banks, like 80s bank of japan and the present people's bank of china keep their currencies artificially weak in order to boost export, create more jobs, in the end people have more money in their pockets to spend including for holidays.
but this is not the case with malaysia right now.
bank negara is NOT doing the intervention to make the currency weaker, they are burning the reserves to prop up the ringgit u idiot
this is a case where the currency is weak because it is constantly under selling pressures because of the low of confidence in the ringgit with many external factors affecting it that are beyond our control, with as of today, the latest being due to yuan's devaluation (which in turn strengthen the dollar and further weaken the already weak ringgit)
but there is no excuse when the low confidence of the ringgit is made worse by the internal factors as well,
1mdb financial debacle and to the pm who is not managing the country and economy only busy managing his power and position
as the result the economy is almost stagnant and appear to be have no clear direction
global demand for malaysia's exports has weakened
people are losing jobs
purchasing power is getting weaker due to increase in prices of goods
sales in retail sectors have plunged by 20% compared to last year
tourists arrivals have dropped by 30%
these are cold hard facts
average people are struggling to make ends meet
if people are spending less in retail sector as compared to before
what makes u think they are going for a family holiday and boosting the local tourism sector?
u stupid heartless moron!

Dan badut2 itu sudah tidak beradab bila berbahasa...cakap pun kurang ajar..pastu wartawan pun publish kat paper..bebudak skolah baca...langsung terpengaruh utk bercakap macam tu jugak...so makin teruklah adab and akhlak generasi2 akan dtg. Patutnya menteri2 kena jaga percakapan...biarpun tgh marah ada bahasa2 dia...ckp main lepas tak bertapis...layak ke bergelar contoh kepada rakyat yang jauh lagi mulia perangai dr menteri2 malaysia skrg ni. |
