Early career and debut in lead role (2000–2002; 2013–2014)[edit]In the early 2000s, Keerthy worked as a child actress in a few of her father's productions, such as Pilots (2000), Achaneyanenikkishtam (2001) and Kuberan (2002) and some television serials.[9][12] 11 years after Kuberan, she made her debut as a lead actress in Priyadarshan's horror film Geethaanjali,[13] in which she had a dual role. She was still studying during that time and shot for Geethanjali during her semester break.[14] Reviews on the film and her performance were mixed, with Sify writing that she "does put in some effort but makes only a limited impression in a double role",[15] while Rediff wrote that she "has got a plum role but whether she impresses with her acting prowess is another matter".[16] In 2014, Keerthy had her next release Ring Master, directed by Rafi of Rafi Mecartin duo, in which she shared screen space with Dileep. She played a blind girl,[17] which she said was much more challenging than her double role in Geethanjali.[18] The film was a commercial success,[19][20] being termed a "super hit" by Sify.[21] Debut in Tamil and Telugu cinema (2015–2017)[edit]Her Telugu debut was planned to be Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu.[25] However, the film is delayed since 2015, with reports of release after September 2020 under a new title Janakitho Nenu.[26] Subsequently, the debut was the 2016 film Nenu Sailaja with actor Ram Pothineni. In January 2017, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa, opposite actor Vijay and directed by Bharathan.[27] She also appeared in Tamil film Paambhu Sattai and Telugu film Nenu Local in 2017.[28][29] Mahanati and widespread success (2018–present)[edit]

In December, several news outlets reported that she refused to accept her full remuneration, expressing solidarity with the producers for the failure of the film.[31] In 2019, she portrayed an autistic girl in the psychological thriller Athiran opposite Fahadh Faasil.[32] In 2020, she was recognised by Forbes magazine as one of India's 30 under 30. [size=1.15] [size=1.15]Ariel Lin is only one of two women to receive multiple Best Actress awards at the prestigious Golden Bell Awards in Taiwan. As one of the most popular celebrities today, she not only rakes in huge endorsement deals all over Asia, but has also been nicknamed “Queen of Zero Scandals” by the Taiwanese media, for the lack of personal gossip attached to her name.

[size=1.15] [size=1.15]Rainie Yang may have made her debut in a girl band, but really propelled to superstardom when she took on a major role in “Meteor Garden” at the tender age of 16. Unlike most teenaged celebrities, however, she remained hugely popular through the years, continuing her successful singing career while acting. [size=1.15]Her long-running successful career gives me a lot of picks for recommendations; I choose my all-time favorite “To Get Her,” in which she played an introverted comic book fan who meets and falls in love with a superstar:

[size=1.15] [size=1.15]An experienced actress who can exude feminine charms at times and play a suave tomboy at others, Megan Lai’s repertoire features a large variety of roles. It may have only been last year that she received widespread recognition following her role in “Bromance,” but I wish people knew her for her earlier, equally engaging productions. [size=1.15]For a good feel of Megan Lai’s versatility, check out the romantic comedy “Miss Rose,” in which she plays a frustrated single woman determined to get married within a year

[size=1.15] [size=1.15]Despite being one of the youngest actresses in Taiwan, Annie Chen boasts more than 10 leading roles under her belt. That’s not unexpected for a girl who took to acting like a fish to water. In addition to having incredible chemistry with her costars, she portrays familial emotions realistically and beautifully. [size=1.15]Fans of Taiwanese dramas would be hard-pressed to name the best Annie Chen drama. A personal favorite is “Inborn Pair,” which I watch at least once a year! There’s something intriguing about the concept of a couple forced to get married
