Alice Nine's "SENKOU" in a "Pachinko SENGOKU MUSO" Tie-Up!
Currently Alice Nine are in the middle of their most recent tour. Yet while they are rushing towards their first NIPPON BUDOKAN performance next year in January, they also release their first single in about a year on August 25th. The song "SENKOU" is presented on the tour with its speedy melody.
Now the tie-up of "SENKOU" with Kyoraku Sangyo's "Pachinko SENGOKU MUSO" has been announced. On the tie-up this time, vocalist Shou said: "The song is matching the image of 'SENGOKU MUSO' and I am really happy about the tie-up. I'd really like to lead forward with our activities from here on!"
The CD jacket is also designed accordingly to the tie-up and Shou as a "War Lord" is certainly a must see.
JACK IN THE BOX 2010, the famous Japanese music summer event, will be streamed live on August 21st on various sites.
This year the event includes artists such as acid android, DEAD END, girugamesh, Karasu, Ken, Kyo, MUCC, SID, TETSUYA, VAMPS, 44MAGNUM, Zoro, Alice Nine, Becky ♯ ♪, LM.C, Ryuichi Kawamura, LOUDNESS and sads.
Alice Nine to hold a present exchange event with fans
J-rock band, Alice Nine released their single album titled “Senkou” earlier today in Japan. To celebrate the release of “Senkou,” Alice Nine will hold a special event with popular music store, TSUTAYA on August 29th at Miraiza Ikebukuro (Toshima Koukaidou) in Tokyo.
At the event, lucky fans who received a special TSUTAYA postcard that’s randomly included in the packaging for fans who purchased their single on TSUTAYA Online will be able to meet the group at this event. They’ll also receive a poster directly from one of the members of Alice Nine and will be able to hand the group members presents and fan letters in person. Alice Nine will also hold another event on September 7th at TOWER RECORDS. At this event, selected fans will be able to view the live of “Alice 9 Channel” on Nico Nico Namahousou.
It looks like Alice Nine aren’t wasting any time! Even though 閃光 (Senkou)’s only just been released, Alice Nine have announced that they’re going to be releasing another single soon.

Five person visual kei band, Alice Nine, released their new single “Senkou” on the 25th and yesterday they held a special gift exchange event with fans to promote the song. Fans were allowed to personally hand gifts and letters to the band and in exchange, the band handed out posters to the fans. Over 5,000 fans of the band showed up for the special event.
The event was held at the Tokyo Miraiza Ikebukuro and fans lined up to greet the band with loud cheers. All five members appeared in traditional summer yukata, much to the pleasure of their female fans.
Vocalist Sho announced, “I will treasure the letters and presents that I got personally from everyone. I got a lot of power from you and that will take us forward into tomorrow!”
Starting in July, the band had a large scale tour across Japan that took them to 27 different cities. They recently celebrated their anniversary on the 24th in front of 2,000 screaming fans at a Tokyo tour stop. On January 6th next year, they will also hold their first ever Budokan concert.
