Kat tempat kerja aku ibu2 ada suarakan x puas hati knp mereka x dapat cemerlang hanya kerana sebab mereka cuti bersalin 3 bulan. Pendapat aku, mereka patut bersyukur lah kpi mereka separuh drpd pekerja lain, dan pekerja sedia ada terpaksa ambil alih tugas hakiki mereka selama 3 bulan.

Point cn ada yg betul. Kolig aku dulu (lelaki) cuma shortlisted staff lelaki utk jwtn kontrak. Alasannya, projek yg ada on grant based. Dia gajikan pekerja utk siapkan kerja ikut timeline. Takkan sbb laki bini mengesek dia kena tanggung akibat projek x jalan.

Company tmpt aku keje dulu maternity leave cuma 30 hari ngko. Aku sendiri tmbah unpaid leave 15hari bagi cukup pantang 45 hari. Pregnen pulak anak ke 2, sblm beranak aku resign. Cuti 45 hari pun x ckp. Dgn nk jaga newborn, x ckp tido lagi. Tp fhm la company mana yg nk bgi gaji free2. Company aim profit kot

Aku berpendapat kalau cuti bersalin menyebabkan kerja tak berjalan dgn lancar, then something is wrong with the talent mgt. Takkan la org lain takde competency utk jadi care taker? People comes and go.

Sama la.
I keje badan berkanun ada maximum cuti bersalin. Tak silap i 300 lebih mcm tu.
So kalau 3 bulan cuti pantang dlm 3-4 org anak je boleh. Lebih kena unpaid leave.

Hahaha aku dulu comp bagi 60 hari. Rasa nak nangis sbb mmg x cukup rest. Kelam kabut dgn nak hantar baby yg baru 60 hari tu kat babysitter.mcm2 jadi, dpt babysitter x ok lah.so kena el byk kali. Then next pregnancy dpt 90 hari. So dpt lah tempoh bertenang, dpt monitor untuk hantar baby kat mana ok.bagi aku, 90 hari sgt bermakna. And untuk kerja so far aku rasa klu dpt bos yg pandai fikir and pandai manage should be no problem. Staff pun semua ok tp diri sendiri time keje tu xyah la berkira sgt nak buat keje, and jgn tinggal taikkk. so takde lah org berat hati sgt nk cover. At this time team aku ada 3 org pregnant hahahaha

Maju aje segala mala di Canada walaupun cuti bersalin sampai bertahun..

Ni baru 3 bulan, ngalah kan cam 3 tahun punya cuti dibincangkan....

3 bulan tu perfect aje sebab oklah boleh bonding dengan anak ke apa.

yg reluctant nk tlg backup buat kerja org beranak ni hang dah kawin dh ada anak ke blm?2mth is actualy not enuf tau.nak nak yg jenis terpaksa anta babysiter. adoi 2 bulan dh kena anta babysiter. dh la babysiter skrg produktif tu as in setahun sekali ke hang kena ganti kerja orang tu?ikea 4bulan ,standard chartared pun..takde hal pun.iols dulu anggap as pahala jela.cadangan yg buat plihan tu pun btl.kalau nak 3bulan half salary half lagi ha bg kt org yg kena buat kerja kau tu.i beliv ramai mak mak akan ambik .skrg byk kes meroyan,babysiter gila..so baik la ko rehat if needed.iols look at it in a positive way benda2 yg membantu wanita ni.

ye btl. kalau company solid,menjaga pekerja n such dia ptt dh prepare sblm staf cuti bersalin.company iols pernah dkt 7orang brrsalin dekat2.elok je tak terbalik pun dept tu.
