bangunan paling tinggi terpaling kotor di penang ialah komtar. tu yg rakyat dap bangga. cambabi.

We took the free Penang Shuttle from Port Sweetenham Cruise Terminal to arrive at Komtar. It is a huge mall linked to Pelangi Mall and First Avenue. There were lots of small shops and prices are great. However this mall seems rather rundown as it has been overshadowed from other malls in the area.

pelancung pun kutuk skywalk komtar. pastuu kena kacau dengan penjual foto dap. pangai sebijik cam indon.
Firstly the entrance to the tower observation ticket office is very hard to find. Then it is MYR118 to visit the top- very expensive for Malaysia.
So not surprising hardly anyone here at lunchtime, maybe only 6 people.
Also at every level you are pestered by official photographers wanting to take endless photos of you, these are MYR50 each- which you didn't want anyway.
When you leave you are exited into an amusement arcade with barely any exit signs.
It is a good view, but the place is seriously marketed wrongly & way over priced,
My hotel ( opposite)has 30 floors & almost has a good a view for free! |

[size=1.166em]Not worth paying even for the promotion rate for Penangites. Jurrasic Research Centre was the only good one, the 7D motion was so low quality and the rest needless to say nothing to shout about. It say All Park but only 1 time play for so few activities and the rest of the games eg train rides, dinosaur rides have to pay additionally. Once is enough!

air itam tu owned by few big land ownner. kebykan rumah sewa drp land owner dan bina rumah atas tanah mereka sejak dulu2 lagi...
pernah dengar ada plan. tapi u tahu la, NGO yg pro BN dan gerakan akan muncul provoke org tempatan dgn kata kerajaan negeri nak hapuskan heritage dan sbgnya |

tapi OneWorldGroup tu mmg caj harga tiket terlalu tinggi.
nanti dia rasa impact tu sendiri.

komtar kebanggaan lu kena kutuk kaw kaw dekat tripadvisor. bikin malu malasia je la. kasi runtuh saja la itu bangunan tarak cantik.
“Ugly Icon”
[size=1.166em]This is just a vertical round tower in downtown area of Penang named after Tun Abdul Razzak. Architecturally speaking it is an eyesore & it's design should have not been approved in the first place. It has nothing but some Govt offices & a few old shops.
The rest of the area is empty. It is mostly un-utilized & in bad shape. It also has a restaurant at the top & a glass platform to view the town. The entrance to the "Top" is extremely expensive & more than 100RM which is definitely not worth wasting. Komtar plaza should be demolished now as there are new identical shopping malls already built up around it. Like Prangin Mall, First Avenue, IT plaza etc etc

air itam tu sangat messy okay 
dari kawasan sekolah cina, bukit bendera, ke town lama (untuk ke kawasan temple kek lok si)
kawasan town lama terutama waktu pasar pagi..huhu memang lagi messy that place...
rumah pun berterabur.. terutama bahagian pekan lama tu.. |

bukan wa kata, org luar negara yg kata.
tapi yg pasti itu dah ada suatu kala dulu. as recently new gocernment dah put up glass structure utk capture cool air within the komtar building.
lain kali jgn simply copy paste tanpa experience sendiri mcm la u expert sgt |

dah la buruk, management pun tongong tarak quality. kasi sacked itu management company la. bikin malu saja.

The place is great, the view is great, the ticket price is quite high but what do you expect, any where you go also, it will cost, so that is not much of an issue. However the staffs are not very efficient. Once you get the tickets, we had to wait for the escort staff to bring us up coz "she wasn't there yet".. Then once we were up at the sky bridge, there was another staff who took our pictures but he couldn't be botched to give us the photo number, as a result we couldn't even view our pictures, we couldn't buy it for remembrance. That is really disappointing. I asked the lady at the exit counter if she could contact the guy at the skywalk for the photos, but was just given a "no, I can't do that" answer. Really really disappointing. The pictures are not free ya, you have to pay separately for them, which means more business for them and yet they couldn't be bothered about it. What a pity, what a pity for the management of the rainbow skywalk of Komtar.

wa baru cuti sekolah bulan lepas pi sono, komtar memang ancur. parking gelap, semua autopay machine rosak. manyak turuk. pi batu ferengi, pantai kotor, ada satu couple sepet dating bawak pizza, lepas makan blah tinggalkan kotak pizza kosong camtu je tepi laut. tarak sivik punya kaum.

u tipu.
saya tiap minggu mesti akan pi komtar, pasal jln kaki pun sampai, kadangkala malas akan pandu parking kat sana. bank, watch movie, gunting rambut, beli barang etc...
u know better or i know better? |
