this week dh start x ambik nasi..makan sayur jer..kalau lapar sgt..makan biskut jer..x tahu betul  ...

rugi skip nasi lepas tu makan biskut, bukan kenyang pun, baik ambik nasi tapi jaga portion, air kena cukup baru takde lapar sangat

air nak dekat 4liter saya minum satu hari.sbb jns kuat minum air kosong sis..
nasi mmg dar dulu mmg x brapa nak makan..cma on dis week start x makan nasi..
makan nasi skt jer mendadak naik.. that's why mmg elakkan makan nasi even dgn portion skt..

Mengenai diet ni, kita perlu tahu apa keperluan kalori untuk kita seharian. Dalam setiap makanan dan minuman sekarang ini ada ditulis niturisi bagi setiap makanan dan minuman. Panduannya ialah:

Lelaki yang aktif = 2,500 kalori sehari
Lelaki yang kurang aktif = 2,000 kalori sehari
Perempuan yang aktif = 2,000 kalori sehari
Perempuan yang kurang aktif = 1,500 kalori sehari.

Jadi, dari situ kira kiralah jumlah makanan dan minuman yang kita telan setiap hari.
