Tips: Hati-hati dgn makanan dan minuman 'kalori kosong' (empty calories), ia mempunyai kalori yg hanya dibekalkan dari gula tapi tiada sebarang khasiat vitamin, mineral dan serat. Jika selalu diambil, kita tidak akan membekalkan khasiat yg cukup utk badan kita, malah kita akan membekalkan kalori berlebihan yg badan kita tak perlukan. Jika anda sedang menurunkan berat badan, kaji semula pemakanan seharian anda dan kurangkan makanan dan minuman 'kalori kosong'.

teruja nak join weight challenge ni coz dtg aura nak berdiet sejak dua menjak ni..hihi
tinggi skrg 157cm, berat latest 55 kg.
actually target nak turunkan berat smpai 45kg..over sgt ker??

tu last target ke? kitorang target sbln ke sbln je.. contoh bln ni target 2 kg.. bln dpn mgkin 3kg lak.. atau kalo rasa x mampu.. kurangkn lagi atau sama target ngan bln lepas

    hai talapia...selain berdiet u kena juga exercise..baru kontra dgn corak permakanan..i sendiri tiap2 hari mkn nasi..tapi i lebih kan fiber,protein diakhir dgn nasi & exercise ..alhamdulillah turun juga...pada i jgn kita terlalu drastik mengejar angka yg u nk nanti hasil nya sekejab....

hi pisang....my sis same height dengan u....and her weight is 44-45kg.....she look skinny to me....i think kalu 48kg will be better....anyway, u can try target 50kg first....

Salam...hajat hati nak join...tapi kn....gastrik saya problem laaaaa....
Asyik lapaq ajaaaaaaaaaaaa...................bila start nk diet....mesti perut problem....
nie yg malaih nieeeee...............camna nk buat.....dah 3 kali masuk wad pasai gastrik nieee
Help da sapa2 sama problem dak.....breakfast memng dah tukaq....mkn oat aja...tak boh gula...dah dekt setengah setahun amal kn ....bdn still naik gak...yg kurang kolestrol....doktor kata hormon saya pun da masalah....

Semalam sampai jer rumah semalam jam 9:30pm terus timbang... 57.8Kg ... uiks.. boley turun ...Pelik gak sebab sepanjang 4 hari di Medan ya ampun makan tak berenti..
Lagila semalam belasah makan pizza bagai kat Pizza hut.. senaman tak der kecuali jalan2 utk shopping jer... Badan ni pun dah pening gamaknya.....
